Re: Sleeping too much
There's clearly something goin' on at that level underneath it all ..... it's like he's running for his life in there somewhere ...... totally self-absorbed and unable to cope with anything outside the invisible tracks he's running on.
Have to love him or leave him ..... and we've chosen lovin' him. It means standing back and letting him run tho ..... cos trying to help him was just getting us all burned .....
He will eventually wake up, run aground, or break down .....
We are hoping for the "wake up" outcome.

Re: Sleeping too much
@Frog, i'd love to know more about 'real' nutrition - making food our medicine. And more about gut health & MI. Please do keep us posted. I'vr taken to doing up a big pot of soup with at least 5 vegies in it & spices, as a way of keeping up my vegie intake. On my own I'm so unmotivated to cook, toast becomes too easy, so now I make sure o have a bowl of my MAGIC SOUP once a day. It freezes in two meal portions. It helps my mood. Last week I was triggered and fell into a real low & didn't doy soup & my resilience reduced. Because this friend was coming yesterday I cooked my soup up for our lunch & now have renewed my weekly supply. It takes a day or two to kick in when I've had a break. If I throw cooked chicken in it it becomes a good meal. As soon as it touches my tongue I know its what I need. The sweet potatoes are definitely gonna become part of my recipe. But must say putting roasting or grilling them with cheeze, oil or butter - yum!
