Re: Sleeping too much

😊 ... I'm no doctor @TAB .... but our skin is known as the largest organ in our body .... and organs are not passive, they are interactive .... skin soaks in moisture .... as when we apply moisturisers, amongst it's many other functions.

Enjoy your soak ❣. Betcha didn't have that option in your caravan .... lol ...

Re: Sleeping too much

Thanks @TAB, With keeping your fluids up, chilled fridge water is much nicer but also - a splas of cordial & a pinch of salt makes it nice. There's sugar free cordials and jelly. Also, I've fruit iceblocks. I'll meet you for iceblocks on my veranda for afternoon tea 🙂
Yesterday was a shocker here. My parents are also struggling with the heat there in Sydney (must go visit - wish I could drive far eady like you do). Take care Tab xox

Vitemin C too thinking? @Former-Member well its in hydration powder at work, dunno. Hmmfather is 92, hates turning a/c on he'll leave of til 28 inside if on his own. Thats with good insulation, shutters, doors shut etc. he also complains he's getting shorter lol save on coffin, guess. Ah, big trip is lots short trips. Plus no remote areas. Get RACQ, plan trip and go. Easy.
