Re: Sleeping too much
I just looked it up @Former-Member and you can but it's much more complicated. I have apple products so its already there. It really depends on your version of android.I can send you a link if you want but there are quite a few steps to that one.

🎊 🎆 🎇 😀 🤓
I found them when I got my new computer but they aren't the same as the thigamies on people's I-phones - and I don't use my phone for the forum
But you can have fun with what ever you have
🎇 🎆 🎉 🎊
It depends on whether you can change the colours on your phone I guess
I am really not feeling myself today - I wonder who I am then

Re: Sleeping too much
Hey Tawney, I am so sorry you are so caught on the inside, tiredness, being concerned for he amount you want to sleep, illness - all of it. You said
Anybody else out there feel you could just slip away and nobody would notice for a week or two?
Sometimes I do, except I do have a partner, but apart from her (and my now demented Mum) I really don't have anyone. Aloneness is different from loneliness. I read recently a common factor in all MI is disconnection from community. The grief of that for me is immense. I kinds don;t like people though.
Looking outwards can help. Whatever that means for you.

Re: Sleeping too much
But I hear that you might be feeling that empty alonness atm, and I'm sad for you. Its hard to motivate when connections seem so shallow, we have to forgive and take a genuine interest in people again. But you know, we have to start with ourself, self compassion without judgement, pure acceptance and love. Be your own best friend. Then you emerge with so much to give. In my experience. Stay strong. I'll think of you when I see the moon tonight. Xox

Re: Sleeping too much
Well said @Former-Member and @MoonGal
There is a bit difference in being alone and being isolated - or lonely
Loneliness doesn't draw people together and often we have to be our own best friend
Taking a genuine interest in people - ah yes - this is what I find an easy thing to do - it depends a lot on how the other people respond - I wonder if I ask rather too many questions at times - I don't want to be a sticky beak
I can't see the moon out tonight - it's dense cloud - but the thing about the moon is that regardless of the time or the weather or the phase - the moon is always there somewhere
I like the moon

Re: Sleeping too much
You are right @Former-Member
There is a rather orange moon out there tonight - it was cloudy when I looked earlier but that's a long time ago now
And my white jasmine - you know the one with the little while flowers like stars - that is so fragrant atm _ I could stand there and enjoy the evening
So the moon's out tonight
Past first quarter and really quite bright
But I only have answers for you - dear
Etc

Re: Sleeping too much
Gosh, I should be asleep, so tired
@Former-Member, I'm kinda ok, tommy ache maybe psychosomatic re this double endoscopy procedure Wed. And headachy. Probably diet changes.
Emotionally ok, keeping lid on SI pretty good surprisingly.
Mothers being difficult. Withdrawing, says, by text, she's not cranky with anyone, just not talking. Youngest bro tx me that she god bad new from Dr last wk but won't tell. I"m tired of the games. Dad ran over her foot with his mobility scooter at the shop last week and she fell and has bruises blaming everyone, the medical centre, the Dr, and especially dad - so dad said y'day. Of cause he feels terrible. She's just not in a good place and somehow thinks she's got to 'goitalone' boxed herself in a trap where she believes nobody's right and nobody loves her... What can we do with so much conflict!
How's things with u tonight
