Re: Sleeping too much
Did you know the bible instructs us to rest farming land every seven years? Since we were created from dust, maybe a little similar.
I read your post about WH, wasn't sure how to respond accept that I wouldn't be rushing home briefly to prepare a meal he can do himself, especially when you're so busy otherwise. Why do you do that? Does he even appreciate it? Does this enable his ED? Not criticising in the slightest, its a tight ship you're keeping afloat there.
How are you in yourself today? You sound good. ❤️🌷💕❤️🌷💕

Yes .... interesting about the seven years, isn't it ? And so was going to mention the seven years for cell renewal to you ! 😊 Might mean the cells carrying the trauma in your body have had a chance to renew in that time .... one thing like EDMR on a cellular level .... dunno .... but the five years for a change in grief process might be seven years in fact .... but you start to feel the difference after about five .... maybe ....
WH is perfectly capable of making his own cooks meals, do his own washing etc ... and "generously" does when I am out at a scheduled commitment with one of the kids, or apt or something .....
His regimen barely fits into the day .... and contingency stuff crops up all the time .... so he is in a constant state of agitation and me "bowing to his demands" helps to keep him out of emotionally abisive behaviour patterns that nearly destroyed our communal ability to cope last year .... and you have to remember that this persona is new .... or rather, it's a gross exaggeration of family traits that I had thought were barely a blip on his nature prior to this e.d. taking him over .... honestly .... like an alien invasion ....
If I didn't rush home yesterday to see his lunch it may have been the catelyst for a melt-down in him .... and that has been accompanied by delusional thinking in the recent past .... enough to derail D3 for her final critical week of assignments, and put a hole through the Kitchen Tea organisation too big to close in time for the event ....
So yes, all part of walking on eggshells .... and he has fired warning shots over the phone this week while he was away, indicating that he is going wobbly again .... which stands to reason .... the wedding is not far away and I don't know how big "losing his daughter to another man" is on his internal radar .... considering that his mum can't release her sons emotionally .... and our S1 has major grief in his marriage situation which I haven't detailed here .... have to leave those silent at the moment ....
Sorry .... heavy post this one .... hope it doesn't weigh you down .... easier to listen to someone else sometimes without the responsibilities of what they manage ... hope it's like that here ....
❤ And yeah .... although it sounds rough .... it's really a bit like carrying all the crappola of young children .... temporary and do-able .... if not highly frustrating at times .... 😊💕

Re: Sleeping too much
I wonder what WH is actually referring to when he says he's going a bit wobbly again? Is it possible that some level of recognition is emerging. Just a thought.
I think you're very wise to keep home life as balanced as possible at the moment for you all but it's an incredibly tough call on you.
Take extra care of you at this time.
Love n hugs 🎶💕💜💕🎶

precocious - "occurring before the usual or expected time" - inopportune, early, premature, unseasonable, untimely. Related Words: unanticipated, unexpected, unforeseen, unlooked-for; abrupt, sudden.
Answer - I don't know?
Hang on a minute, are you flirting with me? lol
