Re: Sleeping too much
I think it is because we just get over full @Former-Member and default to SI. I'm all good was actually posting about moving forward and having a bit of a milestone week. 💜😊. Keep looking after you, I hope you watch a good movie. I may even try tonight to watch something, who knows stranger things have happened.😜😊💜

✅✅✅ @Appleblossom. glad your son moved his tooshie. I'm feeling everyone's pain with baby dragons @Faith-and-Hope, @Former-Member, @Appleblossom. My youngest just worked 3 days straight, has 3 days next week labouring so things looking up here too. Now just to get them all to maybe do a dish or two. Biggest gripe for me is the empty toilet roll. Apparently a fairy must do it because all mine leave old roll on the floor. Baby dragon whinge over. 💜😊

There doesn't seem to be any food pattern with D3's IBS .. but I do keep the house light on with white flour products ..., And that's what pizza is ... but just had the thought that there might be an additive in their pizza dough ... don't want to test that again in the next three weeks, so have just told her to quit gluten and chocolate for that time .. hopefully that will take any associated additives out of her path as well ...
Cutting back carbs and choc will also help starve candida if that's what it is .... will add in garlic and up her protein ....

The book is RPAH Elimination Diet Handbook with food and shopping guide.
From the Royal Prince Alfred hospital...www.allergy.net.au
I've found it pretty interesting for sure.

Yeah I had one of those @Former-Member. Mine told the principal yr 6 he didn't need to listen to anymore of his crap. Was a right handful through teenage years with attitudes and knowing it all. He is so humble now and completely different. He changed almost overnight at 18. Has never been diagnosed but had the most symptoms of adhd in my family. Still struggles to sit still. That's my one overseas. 💜😊

Re: Sleeping too much
lol I 'babysat' 2 nieces and nephew overnight a few years ago 5-11 then maybe. Princess (5) begged parents to take her on their 'time out' motel trip after saying she was fine with it. She did the 'dead ant' lying on back in garage for an hour screaming and crying. I just ended up walking away. When she realised it wasn't working, she got up and went to her room.
@Former-Member ..then the next step was getting her out of room. It worked. ![]()
