having a bad morning

having a bad morning

I am feeling that my life at the moment is crap. I am so depressed and find that more so in the mornings. I hate myself so much, the way I feel, the way I act and behave. I know people will say to me 'oh just get over it' or 'you're not trying hard enough' - well to those people who say that: Do you have a mental illness; do you know what it's like to have depression and feel so dark that you cannot see the light at the end of the tunnel; do you self harm to get rid of your emotions and to feel the pain; or do you think about suicide because it's all too much and you can't handle the pain anymore - NO. So don't tell me to just 'move on' or 'stop being too sensitive'.

I am not having a good morning this morning; tears are flowing as i am typing. And I have to get ready for work; damn work. Sometimes I wonder if life is worth living and why?

I really don't know how i am going go today at work; I feel so depressed. 😞

Thanks @Shaz51.
Maybe I'll run away tomorrow and then call the CAT team. No one cares so if I do that I'll see who really cares.
I'm losing the plot very quickly.

Re: having a bad morning

@BlueBay. You need to learn to stop those voices or a r the moment try your hardest to ignore them. You are going to have to find a way of redirecting your attention tonight & focus on other things.
what's in your comfort box - get it out - have a look.
Running away - I remember those thoughts. But the reality is - wherever you go - your negative self talk will go too. So if you go away & you're then on your own & you get more anxious - then what?
And by running away you are trying to punish those around you - & how will that help you?
I think you are safer where you are. If hubby is annoying you - go to a different room. You don't need to sit with him. And with your anxiety levels so high - the last thing you need is negative talk from those around you.
The more you worry - the more your bp and pulse will be high. It's a vicious circle.
And as hard as it is - you need to be the one who can calm yourself down.
Do some knitting. Get on the Internet and look up islands for sale or homes of the rich and famous. Be awed and disgusted by the prices of their property and maybe even their bad taste in decor. Try and remember the feeling of holding that baby. Reread old gratitude posts.
I'm sending you love ♥♥♥

Funny how people say they care, yet wont inform me when a mate passes on with alcoholism..only to line their own pockets with the resulting treatment...which they need their good friends in the police force close by for.lol..hang in their mate..im backed up against a wall too..the educated few who are negligent in being consistant think its funny to be arrogant and keep secrets..cant wait to c them react!
