having a bad morning

having a bad morning

I am feeling that my life at the moment is crap. I am so depressed and find that more so in the mornings. I hate myself so much, the way I feel, the way I act and behave. I know people will say to me 'oh just get over it' or 'you're not trying hard enough' - well to those people who say that: Do you have a mental illness; do you know what it's like to have depression and feel so dark that you cannot see the light at the end of the tunnel; do you self harm to get rid of your emotions and to feel the pain; or do you think about suicide because it's all too much and you can't handle the pain anymore - NO. So don't tell me to just 'move on' or 'stop being too sensitive'.

I am not having a good morning this morning; tears are flowing as i am typing. And I have to get ready for work; damn work. Sometimes I wonder if life is worth living and why?

I really don't know how i am going go today at work; I feel so depressed. 😞

Hi @BlueBay

When I get stressed I casn't eat - I feel really tense - and my back will ache all the way around to my stomach - so we might be the same there to

But I am glad you went out with your friend - and also that you emailed your therapist

That's taking the bull by the horns - [full marks]

I have to go to bed now - I am really tired and the house was cold when I got home - which I did not notice until I decided to have a shower - [frizzles - that's freezing to the state of shivers when the water in the shower drizzles on you]

And I have naughty-cat syndrome - she wants my attention and she will get into bed with me

@BlueBay. Yes very sunny today. No clouds or rain. Got to top of 11°. You know it's been a long winter when 11° is a good day. lol.
I slept from 6 to 10.30 pm. Now wide awake.
bit topsy turvy today

Yes @utopia

It is a lovely day here in Melbourne - sunny and getting warmer

I left my A/C (warm cycle) off while I was away - I woke up freezled this morning - and the cat was on-top of me - [hey Cat - gitorf -I need my medication]

@BlueBay I will be praying you get into hospital this week - maybe you are already there - I hope this is the case

and @utopia I hate winter - it may be of no consolation whatsoever - but we are past the half-way mark

If winter's here - the adage ran

Can Spring be far behind

You bet it can

@Decadian. I said that just yesterday that we are 'over the hump' of winter. Looking forward to spring. I also hate the winter. But am grateful for sunny days. It's meant to reach 15° today. It's still only 9°. Can't see it happening.

How are you today @BlueBay? The sun is shining where I live and the birds are singing. BBeautiful.

Re: having a bad morning

Hi Utopia

I was flying back from Canberra yesterday so I missed a lot of what was happening - but we are over the hump of winter

I am feeling pretty warm now - I have got the chill of the house - and I have a lot of laundry - and hoping I will get some of it dry today -

I was walking around Canberra in my shirt yesterday - and still dragging my luggage with my heavy jacket and woollen jumper and dropping them everywhere at the airport

So I think we might just make 15

Re: having a bad morning

Hi @utopia

I am okay I guess. Headaches are back again and so is my blood pressure. I had an early night last night not feeling good at all. Sick in the stomach, headaches and high blood pressure and feeling really cold. This morning hubby and I went to Bunnings and bought some more plants for our front garden and more bags of mulch. Had a pie down the street and a walk.

Home now, needing some caffeine. Did heaps of washing today as it was so nice and sunny with a bit of wind. Good day for washing.

Have you had a nice day?

Hi @Decadian

No not in hospital yet. Not sure if you have read my previous posts but I phoned the hospital on Friday to check on the waiting list and the nurse manager told me I am NOT on the waiting list. I fell into an emotional heap. I couldn't even ring my psych as he doesn't work on Friday's or Mondays. But i did call and left an angry message. I saw my GP friday night and lost it completely. he told me i am in another crisis at the moment and need to be in hospital. But he can't do anything because my psych has to admit me.

so i am plodding along and it's not easy.

wrote another poem yesterday that really hit me last night. I don't know why i do this to myself - harm myself emotinally.

have you had a nice day @Decadian xxxooo

Sheesh @BlueBay

That is the living pits - I did not know that - I was using the computer at the hotel and I do remember something but this is the first time that I have read that you are not on the waiting list

I feel furious for you

Your doctor has to write your referrals for a psychologist and psychiatrist - he must be able to intervene on your behalf - and you really need this

I joined your story at Easter and I have read and probably remember most of this struggle you have been having - and I have been wondering what's going on - and now I am totally blown away hearing this

This is putting so much stress on you your body is suffering - this is not right at all
