I don't see the point in living anymore. I can't.
I've called helplines but tonight it's just not helped.
I've spent way too much time in hospital over the years and nothings ever helped.

Hugs, @The-red-centaur. I've been sleeping massive amounts too, washing out from coming off an anti-p. Sometimes we need to just sleep, I think. I've been at least getting myself into an armchair to sleep some of the time, closer to being awake that way, lol. Hopefully it doesn't go on too long for either of us. Glad to hear you have a bed in the program. Seems the best place to be for now. Take it as easy as you can with how you are feeling about things. Thinking of you.
