I don't see the point in living anymore. I can't.
I've called helplines but tonight it's just not helped.
I've spent way too much time in hospital over the years and nothings ever helped.

Maybe write yourself a simple plan to get through the day and stick to it, so you have things to keep your mind focused in a positive way.
Make bed (throw covers over)
Breakfast
Dishes
Dressed
Tidy up a bit (whatever that means to you)
Go outside for a coffee and get a little bit of sun
Play some Xbox
Make some lunch
Dishes
Watch a movie
Walk around the block
Call a friend
Shower
Jammies on
Make dinner
Dishes
Read a book in bed
