I don't see the point in living anymore. I can't.
I've called helplines but tonight it's just not helped.
I've spent way too much time in hospital over the years and nothings ever helped.

It sounds like you are in a pretty dark place tonight @The-red-centaur - if you are feeling unsafe you really need to tell a worker - maybe you could get some help like you did last night. I understand you do not want to go to hospital but if you don't talk to a worker then that is where you may end up - so telling someone how you are feeling would seem to be a good idea. I am here listening if talking will help also.

It might be to do with your meds @The-red-centaur, and that might be something they can help with quickly so you are feeling better quickly .....
