I don't see the point in living anymore. I can't.
I've called helplines but tonight it's just not helped.
I've spent way too much time in hospital over the years and nothings ever helped.

Today has been big @The-red-centaur but so many positives to come out of it. I am so glad you have a plan in place to deal with all that you have been going through - sounds like your team around you really care and that is awesome. It is no wonder you are tired from all the stress and crying - hope you rest up and feel better when you wake
