Something’s not right

I just can't.

I just can't.

I don't see the point in living anymore. I can't.
I've called helplines but tonight it's just not helped.
I've spent way too much time in hospital over the years and nothings ever helped.

I just can't anymore

@Faith-and-Hope some of what I told the worker had to be reported and my case manager has asked if I wanted to take the rest to the police. It's getting to me tonight.

I'm back home and not coping very well.

Hearing you @The-red-centaur .....

You don’t have to report it to the police. If it’s too heavy a load for your mental health to do that, then just say no, it’s too much for you to be able to do that, and leave it there.

If you change your mind at some later date and want to go to the police, you should still be able to do that. Your case worker can find out for you if you want.

It’s an upsetting situation, so do what you believe is best for you, according to how you feel now.

And keep looking after you .... what sort of self-care activities can you do tonight ?

@Faith-and-HopeI think I will make a report to the police about sexual harassment.
And you know what sucks. I get home from being in town all to find the guy has been to my room and left me a present (he lives at my accommodation but I've mainly been able to keep away from him and now that the stuff is out what he's done to me over the last 4 years it's getting to me) so yeh. I'm gonna report it to staff to report it to their boss who knows what is going on.

It’s great that you have come to a decision that feels right @The-red-centaur. Hopefully it will help to settle things down for you now.

Yeh.@Faith-and-Hope I'm gonna get my case manager to help me with the process. I need to get that guy away from me.

Re: I just can't.

Hi @The-red-centaur,

I was just concerned for your safety upon noticing your post around reporting sexual harassment from a guy who lives at your accommodation. I wasn't sure whether your post inferred that you are still at current risk of harassment, or whether the harassment was in the past. If the harassment is present, we definitely urge you to report this to the police.

Please take care of yourself!

Kindest Regards,

@Former-Member the staff and boss of the organisation in charge of where I live are dealing with it. Also I'm considering getting a restraining order or pursuing charges against the person.

Re: I just can't.

There was a meeting with the org where Iive today, I felt like they were blaming me because I wasnt strong enough with my boundaries and didn't block the person earlier.
