I don't see the point in living anymore. I can't.
I've called helplines but tonight it's just not helped.
I've spent way too much time in hospital over the years and nothings ever helped.

Do you have things to distract you in the recovery centre ? Tv ?

I played a lengthy album of piano music every night to help me go to sleep when we were in our worst point of upheaval @The-red-centaur, and now playing those tracks automatically calms my system down. I have become reactive to it in a good way.
