Reaching out... And giving support...

When life gets you down... The best thing you can do... Is reach out... And it's also good too have people who turn too you for support... Both as important as the other...

@Appleblossom we all have a side of us that is destined for destruction and self-centeredness. I'm just trying to change the path I'm on. While it's not to late. And still have a great life.

@Shaz51 I'm thinking about doing the declutter thing... And I'm thinking I go all the way and start again. Because there so much negative energy tied up in my stuff. So much despair and desperation. Is tied up in all my stuff.

@eudemonism yes eudemonism. I am currently in that position where I have to make changes and know what I have to do but making that first step is so hard. I met up with a friend and he said to me ' You have to toughen up girl ' and he is right so tomorrow will be the first step in a long time that I will make the move to toughtening up. Tomorrow I will go out by myself. That is a huge step for me but I am going to do it and I cannot stand still in no man's land forever.

Yes @eudemonism Grief can be selfish and destructive.

Today, though I had a beautiful, earthy scattering of the ashes for my cat. I could hear all the things my son talked about had ramifications for other deaths in the family, that we did not have much control over. Today was good.

Hope you allow yourself the good moments.

@Appleblossom yea I didn't put much though into having too deal with the end of my dog and cats lives when I took them on. I'm sorry for your loss. It must be hard.

@eudemonism eudemonism I walked by myself the other day!!!!! I am so proud of myself. I kept talking my friends mantra in my had 'you have to toughen up girl' over and over again and it really helped.

Hope you are doing okay today and not that it isnt too boring lol *I know the feeling*

@Bunniekins they call it an illness... I call it reality... I used to walk and ride lots. Because I had too... But not so much now I got a car. I kind of miss how things used to be...
