Eude... we are here... feel the love... connection is everything, for our disorders and imbalances are whispers in our mind to be the elephant walking to its graveyard to be in solitude...
Pain makes many of us crave solitude and isolation... to protect ourselves... to hide because we no longer have the energy, and the mask slips... to protect others...
This can be a double-edged sword... isolation can lead us deeper into that which we are struggling with, to the detriment of all else...

well said @eudemonism i think one of the hardest things to do is to be able to build a good support system both online and more so offline. can be really tricky to do esp since those who suffer mh issues struggle with trust. we are here for you though, and listening to you.

You are right "connection" is unique and happens for all sorts of reasons.
I am trying to balance being disenheartened about life, with being less naive and making fewer mistakes ... ha ha ...but maybe I am foolish and will never learn.
