Reaching out... And giving support...

When life gets you down... The best thing you can do... Is reach out... And it's also good too have people who turn too you for support... Both as important as the other...

@eudemonism. I'm only just starting to voice when I'm unwell. It doesn't come naturally to ask for help. But I'm trying.
On the other hand, I've always been available to listen and help others.
You are right. There needs to be a balance between the two.

@utopia yea.. I think life is all about connections with people. You need a reason behind connecting with someone. And someone needs a reason behind connecting with you. Often. Not a lot can be done about the reasons people connect to the system. (not the emotional stuff anyway) Then there is the common ground people need to have. For a proper connection to be made. So many people fall below the rules, standards and guidelines of society. Which is a huge problem for many. In itself.
