Living with Ourselves

Living with Ourselves

hello @eudemonism @eth @outlander @Bunniekins @Mazarita @Silenus @NameUnknown @Grasshopper3 @patientpatient @soul @Former-Member @Determined @Shaz51 @Former-Member @Friendconnect @Teej @utopia @Queenie @Appleblossom @Zam @perseverer @Janna @Owlunar @Former-Member @Former-Member

First of all I wanted to let you know that I have conversed with all of you at some stage on both sides of the forum..

It was my intention to close two of my threads and change my name in the kindest way for all of you...

I commenced this process on the 12th March and today is the first day that I have access to actually post or respond to anyone....I was in the last couple of days able to register a new name and like some posts...

I am so sorry that my profile ended so abruptly that was definitely not my intention....

In fact if I had done it my way.. instead of thinking would be better to be guided through the process....I would have just written on one of my threads my reason for closing my account tagging you all in....then requested account to be closed and username put to bed so to speak

I have chosen to take this path in order to protect my family's sense of safety .. privacy...health..

Please let me reassure you that this has nothing to do with any members on here...

I have tagged each and everyone of you because you have given me support and invited me into a little of your worlds...priceless experiences...I have felt heard and valued on here....Thank you all so much..

Moving forward ...this is who I am now and hope to be able to converse on the forum living in the now not the past...therefore no mention of my previous username necessary...

If you do not know who I am...that is fine also...perhaps all of the above is not relevant for you..

take care

Love you too Pea. 💕

You ... old? Naaahhhh ... I think not. You are still young @Bunniekins . 😊 Glad you had a good long nap. Mine was interrupted by a phone call and then hubby arriving home after his lunch with mates.

Hello lovely @Bunniekins

Yes I can now see the daisy and remember your fashion parade at the time.

I also remember @Zoe7 designing many outfits for you and some times of fun shared.

These times I remember with a smile.

Life is life.

I have moments of sheer joy and at other times, merry-go-round sensations.

I am far more in touch with myself than I have been in a very long time.

I feel more connected as a whole more often now.

Dissociation, degeneralising is less noticeable.

Still prone to isolating which I am annoyed with myself about.

I am impatient with me.

I can easily tell others to be patient with themselves.

When I am out amongst the trees I am at home. When I hear and see wildlife, I am calmed.

I love our heritage gum tree. I love to think about her time on this land. She must be very wise.

No cows anymore. Many dogs on my travels through the park. Some wet from the river.

A lovely place to escape.

Take care also.

Sophia 💚

Hi @Sophia1 I don’t think we’ve met. I hope all is well in your part of the world.

Re: Living with Ourselves

Hello dear @Adge

Fatigue is very difficult to manage.

Short rests when possible.

Easier said than done I know.

Cashew nuts are healthy.

I love nuts.

I have almonds and walnuts every day.

I am trying to cut down on the dark chocolate.

My sleep is not the best either and caffeine is no friend to sleep deprived experiences.

Perhaps when you respond to something that you enjoy on the forums, you might find your appetite prod you for attention.

When our appetite declines, the longer it goes on for, the less we feel hungry and are able to eat.

When stressed appetite is probably the first thing that is affected for me. Also I notice that I am thirstier.

Can you have fresh vegetables and fruit on hand to munch on at any time. Only rinsing required.

Small serves as well.

When I eat out I often order entree serves as an overloaded plate makes me feel full, even put off.

How about smells of certain foods cooking. Does that entice?

Keep on eating nuts as a starter.

Take care

Lovely to have a catch up

Sophia
