First of all I wanted to let you know that I have conversed with all of you at some stage on both sides of the forum..

It was my intention to close two of my threads and change my name in the kindest way for all of you...

I commenced this process on the 12th March and today is the first day that I have access to actually post or respond to anyone....I was in the last couple of days able to register a new name and like some posts...

I am so sorry that my profile ended so abruptly that was definitely not my intention....

In fact if I had done it my way.. instead of thinking would be better to be guided through the process....I would have just written on one of my threads my reason for closing my account tagging you all in....then requested account to be closed and username put to bed so to speak

I have chosen to take this path in order to protect my family's sense of safety .. privacy...health..

Please let me reassure you that this has nothing to do with any members on here...

I have tagged each and everyone of you because you have given me support and invited me into a little of your worlds...priceless experiences...I have felt heard and valued on here....Thank you all so much..

Moving forward ...this is who I am now and hope to be able to converse on the forum living in the now not the past...therefore no mention of my previous username necessary...

If you do not know who I am...that is fine also...perhaps all of the above is not relevant for you..

last night i was thinking about psychological hunger ... and thinking everybody is hungry for something...

Take everything im saying with a pinch of salt... its all based around mumbo jumbo illness stuff... and im usually turning to the forums when unable to get on with my real life... usually overwhelmed, tired and fed up with everything ...

I read your responses and try to understand how you are feeling at the time..

I know how much you struggle yet at the same time

I am so aware how much you study your own thoughts....

I do realise that you are being light hearted..the pinch of salt comment..

your thoughts...words are valid and I do read them..take notice...attempt to respond sensitively..

We are all on here...these forums...because at times we feel overwhelmed...

very alone...fed up...over it...annoyed...irritated...anxious...angry...antisocial...

disrespected...dismissed...I can go on forever ...

I have felt all of these and much more..

My situation is different to yours...as are others on here different to mine...

we all have a comment factor though..

we have all landed here for whatever reason...whatever needs are not being met within society..

I am not in any way diminishing the intensity of your experiences..

there are many on here who will support you whenever you need Eude...when you have that feeling of being unable to get on...

remember you can always use the @Former-Member if in need.

There's never really any closure to the issues one is faced with ... and it's all different for everyone... lots of people claim to know what's going on; but, i don't think anyone really does know ...

.

Being connected with people and having a supportive family/good relationships, to rely on, is very important ...
