Still need to clean inside hat car @Wintersweet but half way there!

Having Bao buns for dinner. Aldi sell them as a pack with all ingredients included. Had them before and they were yummy.

Whats for tea there? Do you normally cook?

I should look at getting some from Aldi if they have them where I am.

Tonight I was at a friend’s house and they made toasted sandwiches for us. Always grateful when someone else cooks. If it’s just me I often eat something pre-made that I’ve bought frozen 😅

I haven't seen mum for two days and get a phone call saying I could have at least visited her. Two days! It's not like I've gone a week without seeing her. Even came home from our last holiday early because of her. Meant to be away grand final weekend but I know thats not going to happen.

With her and everything else going on I'm just not coping. Everyday is a struggle to get out of bed. Everyday my thoughts turn to darkness. Everyday I just want to run away. I can't even have a few days to myself.

I'm done.

I can hear that things are rough as you juggle your own mental health and family. It sounds incredibly frustrating to stretch yourself caring for others and then end up feeling unappreciated.

I am glad you are reaching out for some connection and support from your peers.

I can hear that you are sitting with heavy thoughts and feelings, it might be worth reaching out to a crisis line and talking it through with someone.

Unfortunately my mums got dementia and as it progresses she is becoming very nasty.

D's dancing went for a long time but it went well. Thankfully there is not a lot of talking when watching!! Prn helped. Ended up being a very late night.

Went and saw mum this morning. Had H with me so she was fine. Always ok when someone else is around.

At least this afternoon I don't have much on.

Oops, I just asked how D’s dancing went on My Mosaic and then saw your message here. I’m glad it went well, that there wasn’t too much talking, and that the prn helped.

Do you find it hard that your mum is ok when others are around? I know I would find that extremely hard if it were me. Glad it made today less difficult though.
