Went and saw mum this morning. Managed to get out of the house which was a big effort. Got into an argument with her. Won't go into details but complaining I wasn't there for her. I'm sure she will apologise when she wants something.

Psych appt. has been changed again so now it's next Wednesday.

Things still haven't changed. If anything gone backwards.

Meant to go to H's Aunties Lunch on Sunday. She turned 50. It's a 1 1/2 drive just to get there. Not really up for socialising either.

I’m so sorry they changed your psych appointment. Especially with how hard the past few weeks have been.

Well done for getting out of the house, that would have been a huge effort and I’m sorry your mum not only couldn’t see the effort you put in but also complained so unfairly. I know you say you’re used to it but I imagine that would still have been pretty hurtful.

It makes sense that you’re finding it hard at the moment. I’m hoping you’re able to reach out to LL/SCBS as needed and have someone to listen to you and support you. Also that you’re able to get a bit of support from sharing things here and being reminded that we care about you and the things you’re having to deal with. 💛

I just have the usual this weekend @Snowie some uni work and a comp on Sunday plus I was supposed to let pdoc know my decision re admission. I haven’t agreed and I haven’t said no either. Part of me wants it but the other part just thinks of the inconvenience to all. I also don’t want ect while I’m studying. Just all too hard.

I spoke to someone from scbs today. At least I got some things out of my head.

@Eve7 I know how hard that decision can be, My pdoc has talked about it too.

It's hard knowing it can help but at the same time it can be very inconvenient to ourselves and others around me. It would be a hard choice especially with your uni and your training group. I guess all you can do is go with what you think is best for you. If you do go in at least it is voluntary so you can leave if its not working out for you.

ECT and studying can be very difficult. I know it can affect us all differently.

Deciding whether to do a voluntary admission would be tricky to think through when you’re already struggling. I like the points you made to @Eve7 about having to go with what you think is best and knowing you can leave. Hoping you’re both able to work out what will be best for you 💛
