Dialogue with Sane forum Forumites

Hi @chookmojo

When I write : 5 minute space I may have been writing of my own ...... Self ........ I can't take too much in and always need 5 minutes to let my mind re connect with what's happening.

Can't remember everything but that something you are ' diagnosed with' is Autistic spectrum.

But since I've known you, you seem to be highly intelligent .......

I need to just look up something you wrote about your Mum just a tic .....

It sounds positive though wearing @PeppiPatty considering the circumstances. If the 2 boys can behave and stay of the illicit stuff, and you can all bond on the family couch watching a bit of tele as distraction. That is fantastic. Worth its weight in Gold. I have my fingers crossed. But boys being boys need to have respect for the calming and civilising presence and value of their wife and mother.

Yep its a lot of upheaval. Take care of you too. Bella. Stand up for what you believe when they get too bolshie.

@Shaz51

Sciatica is pretty bad ... makes it hard on you too.

@Former-Member

Dont talk about it unless you want to. Take time to integrate the big words .. what on earth do they all mean ... It has taken a lot of time for me to find little words to replace all the big ones in the files that have been relevant to my family.

I was told in warning tones .. about 10 years ago .. that the family court was shifting back to the rights of the father ... I dont know the legal system enough .. but dont let it destroy you ... what ever is in the report. Tuck it away and make a solid promise to yourself to find a way through the treacle.

We are here for you.

Re: Dialogue with Sane forum Forumites

Thank you everyone, thanks for the suggestion of fruit @PeppiPatty i will try to be more organised in the future for food at school. i didnt make it in to work today, my lil boy isnt well - had a huge vomit just as we were about to leave. 😞

I've been emailng my psychologist about the report @Appleblossom and she says same a you, its lots of big words... nothing has chnaged since beforei got the report... that i am 'fixable' but it just doesnt feel like that. its so hard to have so many things written about you and judgements made on so much stuff... particularly my childhood stuff/trauma/troubles/family issues... and who i could be today or not... or could possibly become based on predictions of people with similar histories. still more reports tocome and im just not sure im strong enough.

@PeppiPatty you have been through so much with your family, both recently and in the long past... you do give me hope. I hope that you can rest up today and look after yourself. hugs

@Shaz51 i had sciatica with my first pregnancy... i remember seeing a gp who thought they were pretty good at some chiropractic manouveres.. and did help a lot. i've also heard acupucture helps. hope its easing up for you,

lj

Re: Dialogue with Sane forum Forumites

@Shaz51 I only had sciatica at the end of my last pregnancy, my darling big boy was sitting on the nerve or something. Had to wait for him to emerge.

I had a panic attack on Thursday and a panic attack today. Which is far more frequent than usual. Today it was because of fear? of getting my licence back. I headed out of the house to Vicroads but kept going in circles between 2 different bus stops to get there so came back home, nearly got run over, was not well. I am not usually a wuss.. its been face the fear and do it anyway for a very long time, probably since I was 6. I dont know if it is change again or that I am afraid I have to be chauffeur at call. My son said he wouldnt push it.

I just want someone to look after me. My son was lovely and tried to console me, and ordered in Dominoes and found a new show for us to watch together so we ate and bonded on the couch ... he is doing great, but I am not sure what to do. I have lost my mojo. Tomorrow I see my GP so I am going to push for a referral to psychiatrist.
