I get constantly told off by my youngest son and my husband is having a big downturn for the past couple of weeks....he is finding it difficult for everything happening.......

Don't you think that getting it out online helps it certainly helps me. I feel it's not as confronting than if it's right In front of you. I can see where I'm messing up..... my home is like it has been turned upside down.... and I'm working hard at doing my days but I haven't been screaming abuse at anyone nor calling crazy times anywhere......
Mr you know who ...........well........he breathes deeply wheezing right next to me and panics if he doesn't see me.

I tried to write last night, one post went through but others kept getting rejected because my 'authenticity failed' gah computers!

i had such a long night - just cant sleep.. even with my medication. i sleep for a little bit then wake up. up for hours. dozed. then up again.

Maybe you can have a few pyjama days in the hols ... building tent forts under the kithen table .. and only go outside if you have to.

they think it is Sciatica nerve , that is the cause of the pain , will find out more when the tests come back
