Twisted -self care
Every morning I drive east into the sun.
At traffic lights I put sunscreen on the backs of my hands.
This morning I realised that this is self care,
Very rare for me.
I need to do more of this....

Oh so you dont all live together.
Getting together any time is good especially when there is help with food.
My son and I have agreed not to get het up about dates. That we will celebrate things but be flexible.
Has the DBT been good for you overall? I could tick off enough the criteria in the DSM. Not formally diagnosed but it was thought my bro had BPD.
