Twisted -self care
Every morning I drive east into the sun.
At traffic lights I put sunscreen on the backs of my hands.
This morning I realised that this is self care,
Very rare for me.
I need to do more of this....

How did your day turn out @Catcakes? It sounds like you did some great problem solving there! I'm about to head out of Forum Land for the night, but I will check back in, in the morning. I hope you are having a peaceful evening. ![]()

Hi @Catcakes,
I'm sitting here trying to decide whether you meant to say that your day was ordinal or whether you meant to say it was ordinary and the autocorrect has changed it. It sounded like you had planned an ordinal day (in which case I figure that having an ordinal day would be super), but I know people don't usually describe a day as ordinal so I'm not sure. ![]()
Do you have any plans for today? It is predicted to get to 42 degrees where I live, so I will be bunkering down inside. I was up super early and it was super nice out in the garden then. Are you a morning person or a night person? I super like the early mornings.
I hope today has some good in it for you, Catcakes. ![]()

Hi @Catcakes,
I'm sorry to hear you didn't sleep well. I know how much harder a day can be after a sleepless night. I hope you are able to get the supports organized that your mum needs. Try to stay cool as best you can on this super hot day!
