Twisted -self care
Every morning I drive east into the sun.
At traffic lights I put sunscreen on the backs of my hands.
This morning I realised that this is self care,
Very rare for me.
I need to do more of this....

Thanks @SleepyPanda, she got through the last episode which was two years ago but she was doing her VCE and because she missed three months of school, only just finished the year off really.
It’s a very challenging rare disease. The itching is worse at night and can be unbearable 😞

Busy day for me, had to take D2 to collect her car, then s psych appointment for me.
Then to visit Mum.
Home to see the finishing off of the skylight installation.
Probably six for dinner.

My D3 has a uni counsellor apt and is comfortable with the outcome. Hasn’t said much, but it’s obvious.
Your D2 might not want to hear difficult news and be avoiding maybe ?

Yeah, she’s avoiding it for sure but she has symptoms so we’ll see.
