Twisted -self care
Every morning I drive east into the sun.
At traffic lights I put sunscreen on the backs of my hands.
This morning I realised that this is self care,
Very rare for me.
I need to do more of this....

I have had some problems with medication giving me intolerable side effects @Faith-and-Hope. My doctor changed me to another one that I was doing ok on. I’ve jus been to fill my scripts and the pharmacist says another tablet I take has been discontinued 😩

Something is missing @Former-Member in this Forum/HC mess.
It’s the voice that reassures, the voice that says the Forum is still a safe place.

Agreed @Catcakes there has to be a better way for the professionals to handle this. The withholding of reassurance has been very, very sad and confusing for me.
