Twisted -self care
Every morning I drive east into the sun.
At traffic lights I put sunscreen on the backs of my hands.
This morning I realised that this is self care,
Very rare for me.
I need to do more of this....

Caught your chat about your daughter in another thread ..... together with your hubby and mum, I am sure you must be running on empty quite often. It’s not fun, and takes a toll long term.
I hope you are finding small ways to self-care in amongst it all ...... it sounds like your mum isn’t great on supporting your feelings at all. I hope your daughter and hubby do.
