Evening, so lonely right now. Life hasn't gone to plan. One wants to be around me but they do tell me why. I just get cut off. How can I improve myself if I don't know

Evening, would love to say wonderful, however I feeling very hollow & I only did bare minimum together through to bedtime.
Took me 2 extra hrs to get the monkeys to school.
I decided I wouldn't be up to have the girls party this weekend 🙃. Totally letting them down.
I text my date from last weekend, just asking why no contact and zero zip nothing back. Scared that one off?? 😞 And I'm not going to put myself through the that again. Just going have to deal with been alone 😢.
Got an appointment to see a social work on Thurs. I've got doc's on wed for care plan.
Need to start teacher gift for next Thurs. 1 monkey has 4 teacher and the other has 1.
