Evening, so lonely right now. Life hasn't gone to plan. One wants to be around me but they do tell me why. I just get cut off. How can I improve myself if I don't know

I spent all damn weekend trying to do my housework with my monkey annoying me constantly. I couldn’t cope with anything more last night, so went into total meltdown.
I have had a couple of nights where I’ve decided the dishes can wait and I use the time to lay on the lounge.
One day at a time works for me.

Oh @Leglessfrog078, I am so sorry to hear about your recent miscarriage. Such a difficult time for you. I'm glad you have been able to speak about it here on the forums, and that @Faith-and-Hope was here to talk with you when you needed someone around. Its still so soon after what was an extremely traumatic time for you. Give yourself permission to grieve your loss. I hope you are feeling a little better today. You say you have no one. Thats really hard and means you are isolating yourself. Just know that you can always talk here, and mostly there will be someone around. Please also make an appointment to see your GP. They will be able to advise other options to help you through this really tough time you're in.
I care that you're hurting @Leglessfrog078. I only wish there was something I could do. But I am here in spirit, for whatever good that may do. Sometimes just knowing that someone else understands and cares is a comfort in itself. @CheerBear @LouLouMagoo.

Thats okay @CrazyTiger. Always a pleasure to see new members. It does take a while to find your way though. Happy to bear with you in the meantime. I see that you've got the 'tagging' worked out, so well done. That took me ages to work out!
Some of the Community Guides are probably best to offer advice on rules and regulations etc, and how to get the best out of the Forums. @Faith-and-Hope @CheerBear @Shaz51 can probably help you there.
