a clear indication of my dislike of computers.

@Former-Member I am REALLY struggling now. Am I able to call the HC for support right now? Throughout this whole situation I have been working really really really hard to follow NikNik's rule about not sharing in Forum Land things that happen on the phone and right now I am about half a millimetre away from completely losing it. I need help. @Former-Member.

@Former-Member I personally appreciate your explanations here - especially of the events of last Thursday night. I did think that something like this may have been the case however my continued concern here is that although this was relayed to @Phoenix_Rising there were others involved that night who remained 'in the dark'. This is in no way to minimise the impact it had on @Phoenix_Rising but the impact on others involved was also quite substantial - and a week to explain all this is, from my personal point of view, is not acceptable. This is completely aside from what happened that night as that cannot be changed - and I am pleased to hear that if something like that happens again then there are procedures in place to deal with it in a more timely manner - but the time it has taken to explain this issue with a bit more transparency has been far too long.

I think this is @Former-Member being completely transparent witht he process as a result of Thursday night as many of us have talked about what happened on this thread. It is an explanation that addreses some of the concerns that have been voiced here and - although the forums and HC are meant to be completed separate of each other - this is the best way to reply to those concerns on all fronts.

@Zoe7 So does that mean it is ok for me to dump here exactly what took place when I called the HC on Thursday evening???
