Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Got something that's bugging you?

Want to vent, but don't want a response?

Sometimes our minds can get stuck in circles trying to sort out an issue. This can keep you up at night, or make it hard to focus on other things. I find that putting things away, and not thinking about it temporarily can be helpful.

This is the place to get it out, and then give yourself permission to let it go.

Maybe you will need to get back to it some other time, but this is space where you can put it in a place so that you can leave it for some time and (try) not to worry about it in the mean time.

It's a thread where people don't need to reply, it purely just to get it out your worry and concerns.

If you want to show your support for someone, hit the 'like' button. In this thread, 'like' doesn't mean that you 'like' someone's issue, but you support them in letting it out.

So write down your concerns, put it in a vault, shut the door, and allow yourself to walk away from it.

Pls note: If you are reading other people's posts, please respect that they don't want a response. Show your support by 'Liking' their post.

Re: Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away

Why do people think that those type of phone calls are of any benefit. I did what my psych told me to do and got turned away. Been trying to make this phone call for ages and got the "there is nothing more we can do". Perhaps if I actually follow through on my plans I will be taken seriously. Is that what is needed to access what I need.

And then the phone call out of the blue. How is that helpful now. I needed your support 7 months ago, not now when everything is going wrong. And I know why you called, because you were instructed to do so, not because you are concerned about me so don't try and tell me otherwise.

So didn't need this afternoon to go down like this. My life doesn't matter, I don't matter.

I'm not sure if you have had a chance to read over the email sent this morning, please feel welcome to email us again if the details of how to make the changes happen aren't clear. Worried and stressed to the max! I'm fearful I am going to wind up hospitalised again (this time against my will). If this happens, I'll fail my course.

I'm just a number, another face in the crowd.

I have to fight every step of the way for any sort of support and now it is being taken away no matter what I do. All the fight is gone out of me.

I shouldnt have had them

I was being selfish

Now my poor kids havve to suffer because of me

When does it ever end

I hate me for being like this around my kids

They dont deserve it
