Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Got something that's bugging you?

Want to vent, but don't want a response?

Sometimes our minds can get stuck in circles trying to sort out an issue. This can keep you up at night, or make it hard to focus on other things. I find that putting things away, and not thinking about it temporarily can be helpful.

This is the place to get it out, and then give yourself permission to let it go.

Maybe you will need to get back to it some other time, but this is space where you can put it in a place so that you can leave it for some time and (try) not to worry about it in the mean time.

It's a thread where people don't need to reply, it purely just to get it out your worry and concerns.

If you want to show your support for someone, hit the 'like' button. In this thread, 'like' doesn't mean that you 'like' someone's issue, but you support them in letting it out.

So write down your concerns, put it in a vault, shut the door, and allow yourself to walk away from it.

Pls note: If you are reading other people's posts, please respect that they don't want a response. Show your support by 'Liking' their post.

Re: Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away

My inner child is stomping her feet at the unfairness of the medical system.
Due to life threatening allergies and other physical health conditions I am only able to tolerate Avery small amount of medication.
The department of health has taken upon itself the decision to stop one of the few medications that I can take. I have multiple specialists who spent years finding a balanced set of medication.
Now that's all upinthe air.
I am angry

Re: Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away

I'm so angry. At myself and mh professionals that the only way for me to get attention is to stamp my feet, get mad, criticise professionals and manipulate the system in order to get attention and be taken seriously. It's wrong, for me to get angry, to criticise, and to try to make myself more needy than others. Because I have good support systems, so why aren't I relying on the them instead? I hate it, I hate myself so much right now. I wish I had of died 2 weeks ago. I'm so very tired and fed up with fighting to be heard and cared for.

Re: Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away

Well, I've known what's going on in my mind for a very long time now. And I know what is causing all the problems and what things aren't causing the problems.

Unfortunately there's not a great deal I can do about the causes of all these problems. Because they are external elements. All I can really do is accept and work with it.

However, there is apart of me that knows, if I'm aware of what's going on. And knows the solution. And arms myself with knowledge about all of this stuff. I'll be a lot better off. When it comes to the crunch.

And yes. The problems are distinctively revolved around my interactions with other people. And managing and navigating the mind field of the social world.

It feels as obvious as dark paint on a canvass;
He is just not that into me;
No one is;
I am within the ranks of the unwanted ones;
I have responsibilities for a few days then I feel I'll have to go to hospital;
I pray & hope that I am wrong.

Sometimes I suprise myself with how alone alone is, and how each alone feels more alone than the last one.

I find myself often wondering about the many people who post here and disappear...

I do hope that those people felt welcomed and safe...

I realise this is not for everyone...

how awful to reach out and not feel valued...

better go the tears are starting..

Please don't feel alone because you have many friends on this forum and why not, as you give of yourself most readily. Hugs and well wishes from us all. Bimby2
