Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Got something that's bugging you?

Want to vent, but don't want a response?

Sometimes our minds can get stuck in circles trying to sort out an issue. This can keep you up at night, or make it hard to focus on other things. I find that putting things away, and not thinking about it temporarily can be helpful.

This is the place to get it out, and then give yourself permission to let it go.

Maybe you will need to get back to it some other time, but this is space where you can put it in a place so that you can leave it for some time and (try) not to worry about it in the mean time.

It's a thread where people don't need to reply, it purely just to get it out your worry and concerns.

If you want to show your support for someone, hit the 'like' button. In this thread, 'like' doesn't mean that you 'like' someone's issue, but you support them in letting it out.

So write down your concerns, put it in a vault, shut the door, and allow yourself to walk away from it.

Pls note: If you are reading other people's posts, please respect that they don't want a response. Show your support by 'Liking' their post.

Re: Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away

Just after sunset, while having a lay down, this huge wave of SI (suicidal thoughts) came over me. I've worked hard at not acting on it this last 2yrs, not getting anxious when they come, and wait for it to pass, but it was so intense today, this wave, even visualised me doing it - that's really powerful, and frightening, whoosh - anxiety wave crashes into SI wave and well, its really hard. I did breathing and stayed frozen on the couch so i wouldnt act out, and fortunately it started to ease about 45-60min. It hurts. i nearly rang suicide-callback (but didn't because i've been worse and dont wanna risk wasting anyones time or being fobbed off. Thing is, I don't know why or where it came from. I haven't felt like that for so long. It worry's me because in the past its a fine line between being like that and ending up in A&E not know how i got there. If I don't know why it comes - how can I stop it next time? Or is it about riding the waves properly? 😖. Thinking maybe I'll cope better if i come here and tell someone on the planet - I felt suicidal today. Thanks ❤❤❤

I wish I didn't have to go to sleep. I want to just to everything and not have to waste time sleeping. There's so much I could be doing if I didn't need to sleep and it's so frustrating to not have all the time I need to do everything. Weekends are too short, weeks are too short, LIFE IS TOO SHORT! This motivation, this feeling comes and goes but this is the longest it's stayed in ages and god I hope it stays for good. Maybe I can finally be ok and be myself and be real and do the things I was meant to do with my life. But I can't do any of that while a-freaking-sleep.

Went out yesterday, a women's convention, it was good overall but morning tea & lunch noise (chatter) was overwhelming, my head - it cause panic within & I have to quickly leave. Why can't people talk quietly? And my back degeneration - sitting all day 😞 Then on the drive home I was asked how my girl died. Went to bed, to rest back, and woke 6hrs later. Oops. I just don't know if I can go on with it all - want to - too hard

It truly is over for me. I have no value and can't see the point. I use to believe in love and purpose and that all would be good, that good things would happen, but now I see that isn't for me. I am just not enough. Not Good enough, strong enough. I never have been. That was taught to me from an early age. It's over. I wish I could just cease to exist so I dont have to feel the pain and despair anymore. If goodness did exist it would not leave me in this unbearable pain. I am irrevelant but I feel. And I want that to stop.

I feel like I'm not working fast enough on a work task. I don't know how long it normally takes people to do this activity but it's my first time doing it and so naturally that will take longer but it still seems like an unnaturally long time. I wanted to work through some stuff on the weekend but procrastinated. Wanted to do some tonight but did dishes, made dinner and watched skate vids instead. I'm such an idiot. Super Idiot Dude strikes again!

edit: The interface on this other thing I'm trying to work on is making things impossible. Thought I'd got it to work, but NOPE let's just apply a completely different format to override it all. Piece of shit.
