Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Got something that's bugging you?

Want to vent, but don't want a response?

Sometimes our minds can get stuck in circles trying to sort out an issue. This can keep you up at night, or make it hard to focus on other things. I find that putting things away, and not thinking about it temporarily can be helpful.

This is the place to get it out, and then give yourself permission to let it go.

Maybe you will need to get back to it some other time, but this is space where you can put it in a place so that you can leave it for some time and (try) not to worry about it in the mean time.

It's a thread where people don't need to reply, it purely just to get it out your worry and concerns.

If you want to show your support for someone, hit the 'like' button. In this thread, 'like' doesn't mean that you 'like' someone's issue, but you support them in letting it out.

So write down your concerns, put it in a vault, shut the door, and allow yourself to walk away from it.

Pls note: If you are reading other people's posts, please respect that they don't want a response. Show your support by 'Liking' their post.

Feeling sad, alone, defeated.

Edit: I'm putting this here because I know no one will be able to say anything to help and I don't want to bump my usual thread. Just too sad tonight and don't want to be here.

I must be legitimately fking stupid.

Number 1)

I need glasses because i am blind in one eye and 75 % in the good eye -- that is ok , been like that all my life , but when you have to buy new glasses , you need to take your good glasses off to put on the new frames -- I can`t see how I look and they say do you like them -- arrrggggg

Number 2)

I need a hearng aid because i am totally deaf in one ear and 75 % deaf in the good ear -- that is ok , been like that all my life , but when i go to the doctor to get my ear check , i have to take out the hearing aid so they can have a look , once they have a look, they start talking to me even before I put the hearing aid in , and then i have to ask them what they said -- and they roll their eyes --- argggg

@Shaz51. I understand this is on the worry thread. But this made me laugh so hard - I peed.
I mean, we may be the ones with an MI label, but these professionals are just nuts - not even understanding how illogical they are being.
I hear your frustration having to deal with these idiots. ♥♥

Re: Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away

I worry about my anger, I try so hard to defeat it, I don't want to be an angry person. I worry that my Fathers blood is in me. I just want to let my dog run, is that too much to ask? Every afternoon I dread having to put him on the lead! I feel disappointed with myself, I feel his disappointment; and I won't even take my little dog - I feel his rejection and saddness. It's not fair, it's not fair, it's not fair.

My tears make me angry, I'm such a wuss, I used to be able to control them. I can't even make my dogs happy, I don't know how! What's better, their freedom or their safety, in my heart I know it's their freedom but if I let them run they might die and I'm too selfish, I don't want them to leave me.

It's not fair, it's not fair, it's not fair.

I'm too lazy to take him for the distance that a walk would need to be to make up for one little run, I'm too old, I'm too broken, I'm too useless.

I hate what Human Beings have done to this World, I hate being a Human Being. I hate.

Please don't respond to this selfish, childish tantrum, I just wanted to get it out and then try to go back to pretending . . . I'm a good person, he's doing brilliantly on the lead, the little dog doesn't need to walk; everything's fine.

I'll work something out, I just need more time.
