Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Got something that's bugging you?

Want to vent, but don't want a response?

Sometimes our minds can get stuck in circles trying to sort out an issue. This can keep you up at night, or make it hard to focus on other things. I find that putting things away, and not thinking about it temporarily can be helpful.

This is the place to get it out, and then give yourself permission to let it go.

Maybe you will need to get back to it some other time, but this is space where you can put it in a place so that you can leave it for some time and (try) not to worry about it in the mean time.

It's a thread where people don't need to reply, it purely just to get it out your worry and concerns.

If you want to show your support for someone, hit the 'like' button. In this thread, 'like' doesn't mean that you 'like' someone's issue, but you support them in letting it out.

So write down your concerns, put it in a vault, shut the door, and allow yourself to walk away from it.

Pls note: If you are reading other people's posts, please respect that they don't want a response. Show your support by 'Liking' their post.

Re: Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away

No you are not a bad person ,no one is born a bad person. What you become is up to you, you become from what you chose to take on and carry around with you from your life experiences. Think your life experiences through and start dropping those that are a misery to you. Today is a new day ,start another life experience, but choose the next one. Make it happen ,a good one. Choose right people and right places, think differently, what you think ,you become. Cheers @jay2

Re: Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

It seems i dont have much control over my life anymore. Not through the faults of myself for once but because of external factors. makes me want to just give up and go into hiding

Re: Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Wanting to hide is a form of protection ,I feel that way often. To hide protects me from others and others from me.If I am feeling very aggro, best I stay away from people who will aggravate my aggro, because I will explode and give the aggravator a piece of my mind. (Disaster follows). To hide because I cant face the day ,the world or people ,I consider a good move for me. Hide away from the world for a few days helps to ground me. I can analyse why I am feeling that way and try to get my self back together as best I can. My cats and garden help. So hide for whatever reason if you need to, if it makes you feel better,do it. But do tell a friend what you are doing. Regards @jay2
