Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Got something that's bugging you?

Want to vent, but don't want a response?

Sometimes our minds can get stuck in circles trying to sort out an issue. This can keep you up at night, or make it hard to focus on other things. I find that putting things away, and not thinking about it temporarily can be helpful.

This is the place to get it out, and then give yourself permission to let it go.

Maybe you will need to get back to it some other time, but this is space where you can put it in a place so that you can leave it for some time and (try) not to worry about it in the mean time.

It's a thread where people don't need to reply, it purely just to get it out your worry and concerns.

If you want to show your support for someone, hit the 'like' button. In this thread, 'like' doesn't mean that you 'like' someone's issue, but you support them in letting it out.

So write down your concerns, put it in a vault, shut the door, and allow yourself to walk away from it.

Pls note: If you are reading other people's posts, please respect that they don't want a response. Show your support by 'Liking' their post.

I agree! Pea @Bunniekins is not stupid!
I'm sorry for upsetting some people here and I'm sorry for being offensive,
but I've sent several emails for feedback on behalf of some, to which the feedback was ignored. PLEASE STOP asking us to send feedback, over and over again when it will be ignored. I will NOT repeat myself again. None of us in this Worry Room thread are intentionally hurtful so please? LET US POST how we're comfortable. THANK YOU very much.

I’m over seeing all the ads about weight loss diets, What’s good to eat. Exercise. I’m so sick of all these ads. Social media have no idea how this affects people.
do this meal plan. Do that. Do this. I’m over it

I feel so alone. I feel like no one cares, I feel like I’m a let down. I feel like a failure, I just don’t feel right.

I hate myself atm, family doesn’t help, they tell me I won’t eat something and I do and yeah.

I don’t know anymore.

I want to cut everyone out of my life and live in a cave. The NDIS can get f――- too! If anybody sends me to the ER, please throw away the key this time. I don't need to be set free and I'm not making this up either. Please, do not ever let me be free again. I'd rather be locked away. Don't try to convince me of otherwise. I'm not interested. I'm now going to pig out on syrup sandwiches. What else can I do? I'm just a stupid criminal, aren't I? I'm just a stinkin' dog. That's fine with me. I'm used to being treated like a dog. This isn't your fault guys. The forums aren't my problem. At least I'm in my homemade prison now. What difference would it make to lock me up anywhere else? Who cares, anyway! When I start on my new medication, I'm not home. At least I won't be answering the door for anyone. I love you guys here. As for the rest of society, I don't need it. I just want these forums, the Butterfly Foundation, SANE. I just want safety in my own little box without a key, thank you.
