Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Got something that's bugging you?

Want to vent, but don't want a response?

Sometimes our minds can get stuck in circles trying to sort out an issue. This can keep you up at night, or make it hard to focus on other things. I find that putting things away, and not thinking about it temporarily can be helpful.

This is the place to get it out, and then give yourself permission to let it go.

Maybe you will need to get back to it some other time, but this is space where you can put it in a place so that you can leave it for some time and (try) not to worry about it in the mean time.

It's a thread where people don't need to reply, it purely just to get it out your worry and concerns.

If you want to show your support for someone, hit the 'like' button. In this thread, 'like' doesn't mean that you 'like' someone's issue, but you support them in letting it out.

So write down your concerns, put it in a vault, shut the door, and allow yourself to walk away from it.

Pls note: If you are reading other people's posts, please respect that they don't want a response. Show your support by 'Liking' their post.

Nice way to start the day. Being told 'your broken' by one person.

And then basically being told off for my injury from the owners of the horse that done the damage in the first place and deleted me of social media

Re: Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

I want today to be over. I want next week to hurry up and arrive! I want to meet new people in my support network and the days just aren't going quick enough for me. I know the psych ward is a last resort option because of Hospital bugs and whatnot, but if my mental health causes me more exhaustion, I might end up going back in there for a while. I have a whole list of good stuff I can enjoy it but it's hard when there's negative stuff that I can't fix or change. And no thanks, I don't want any wisdom or serenity. Please give it to somebody else who wants that. Just please, take all of the unchanging, unfixable stuff out of my life. Please! If I had it my way I wouldn't be born prematurely. If I had it my way I wouldn't be born with dysfunctional parents and I would not be part of my current family. If I had it my way I wouldn't even be born where I had been born in the first place, I would want to be born in a different location. My disability isn't curable but if I had it my way, I wouldn't have a disability. If I had it my way I'd be able to drive a car. I'd be able to work. I would have a loving and supportive family network and I would not have to deal with the NDIS.
But I don't have it that way and my life isn't the way I want it. So despite some good things that I enjoy, the rest of it is horrible and I hate it. At least I can be grateful that I have some distractions, some people have it worse than me. But since I'm not living anybody else's life, I can only compare myself to myself and I bloody hate how my life is. I can definitely control a lot of things about my life. My living situation isn't bad. But the bullshit that I can't change in my life, I just want to get rid of it and I can't. I want control over everything and I can't control everything.

Thank you @TheVorticon & @Former-Member

I could not find any services that could pick me up after Gastroscopy + Colonoscopy Hospital Procedures - Plus stay with me overnight, to satisfy this Hospital Policy.

I contacted the person who runs my fortnightly MH Social Lunch Function (Group) - That I have not been able to attend, for the past 8 weeks, because of Working that day.

They did know if any such service exists either, they had never heard of one - So they offered to Pick me Up from Hospital (Be contact Person), so that my Procedures do not get Cancelled.

Thank Goodness for that (them)....

Re: Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away

Feel like I am losing myself

drowning in a sea of despair

suffocating under the weight of it all

sometimes the noise inside my head gets too loud

I don't know how to fight anymore

its all too much

its all too dark inside

feel like it will take more courage to stay

Glad you found someone to do the pickup @Adge. I'd have the same problem too if I had to find a person for that.

I hate it... it's scary... how quickly things can change. Feeling ok one moment, on the edge of self destruction the next.

Every Day Is Exactly the Same

I believe I can see the future
'Cause I repeat the same routine
I think I used to have a purpose
Then again, that might have been a dream
I think I used to have a voice
Now I never make a sound
And I just do what I've been told
I really don't want them to come around, oh no
Every day is exactly the same
Every day is exactly the same
There is no love here and there is no pain
Every day is exactly the same
I can feel their eyes are watching
In case I lose myself again
Sometimes I think I'm happy here
Sometimes, yet I still pretend
I can't remember how this got started
But I can tell you exactly how it will end
Every day is exactly the same
Every day is exactly the same
There is no love here and there is no pain
Every day is exactly the same
I'm writing on a little piece of paper
I'm hoping someday I might find
Well I'll hide it behind something
They wont look behind
I am still inside here
A little bit comes through
I wish this could've been any other way
But I just don't know, I don't know
What else I can do
Every day is exactly the same
Every day is exactly the same
There is no love here and there is no pain
Every day is exactly the same
Every day is exactly the same
Every day is exactly the same
There is no love here and there is no pain
Every day is exactly the same

Re: Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

I can't wait till tomorrow, I want my support worker to sit with me. I want some to actually care, instead of just saying they care, I want honesty, not deception and lies; I just want someone to understand me.
