Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Got something that's bugging you?

Want to vent, but don't want a response?

Sometimes our minds can get stuck in circles trying to sort out an issue. This can keep you up at night, or make it hard to focus on other things. I find that putting things away, and not thinking about it temporarily can be helpful.

This is the place to get it out, and then give yourself permission to let it go.

Maybe you will need to get back to it some other time, but this is space where you can put it in a place so that you can leave it for some time and (try) not to worry about it in the mean time.

It's a thread where people don't need to reply, it purely just to get it out your worry and concerns.

If you want to show your support for someone, hit the 'like' button. In this thread, 'like' doesn't mean that you 'like' someone's issue, but you support them in letting it out.

So write down your concerns, put it in a vault, shut the door, and allow yourself to walk away from it.

Pls note: If you are reading other people's posts, please respect that they don't want a response. Show your support by 'Liking' their post.

Hello@Bunniekins

Thank you for your comment and the sentiments that you expressed. They are even more special considering the difficulties you have described and the distress that you may be experiencing at the present time.

I am also aware that longish posts can be difficult to respond or attend to, given a variety of circumstances that you and others have in their lives. It is simply my hope that some of what I offer meets the wishes and possibly needs of some of the members often, and most of the members, at least some of the time.

With My Very Best Wishes, including Care and Concern

@Bunniekins I'm not familiar with the worry room, but came across it this morning. I recently asked you if you had ever been seriously suicidal. You replied that you had, and more. I am not familiar with everyone's history and only pick up dribs and drabs from time to time. @Bunniekins, I am so sorry that this is part of your experience. So very sorry. Life isn't meant to be like this. We all need a share of the very good times, too. I don't know what else to say, my friend, so I'll just send my best wishes and hope today is a better one. Please take very good care of yourself. 🌺

I am sorry your post was removed. I didn't see it, but I know how you feel. I have had a matter I desperately needed to discuss and vent recently, and unable to post about it, have just had to keep it bottled up as I have nowhere else to turn. Hard to take, isn't it?

well my post has been reviewed and @Appleblossom was right it was rejected. The original would have to be totally torn apart before it could be reposted. Doing that would destroy it. I am feeling sad again. I have the urge again. Here I go again.

Hey @Bunniekins,

Most certainly hearing your concerns, definitely want to keep engaging with you around this via email.

Just checking in around how you are feeling too right now, are you able to reach out to Lifeline, SCBS, 000 if needed or a preferred support if you are needing some immediate support or someone to chat to tonight? It's essential you are able to stay safe after all.

Much care and gratitude and here supporting you with our whole community,

Otter

I don't want this life, I don't want to play this game anymore. I am just over everything. This is not how it should be.
