Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Got something that's bugging you?

Want to vent, but don't want a response?

Sometimes our minds can get stuck in circles trying to sort out an issue. This can keep you up at night, or make it hard to focus on other things. I find that putting things away, and not thinking about it temporarily can be helpful.

This is the place to get it out, and then give yourself permission to let it go.

Maybe you will need to get back to it some other time, but this is space where you can put it in a place so that you can leave it for some time and (try) not to worry about it in the mean time.

It's a thread where people don't need to reply, it purely just to get it out your worry and concerns.

If you want to show your support for someone, hit the 'like' button. In this thread, 'like' doesn't mean that you 'like' someone's issue, but you support them in letting it out.

So write down your concerns, put it in a vault, shut the door, and allow yourself to walk away from it.

Pls note: If you are reading other people's posts, please respect that they don't want a response. Show your support by 'Liking' their post.

I had no idea....

I just found out this morning, when I went to my over 50's Fitness Class & it was not on (cancelled) – That new restrictions had been brought in at 12.00Midday yesterday (Sunday).

I felt obliged to chase up information – As there was no notice on Building to say that Fitness Class was cancelled.

3 Government Websites all gave no specific information, & did not even say when restrictions had started, or for how long.

I had to Websearch for a Press Release – To find out when.

Even then, it was vague & open-ended.

This is the worst-case scenario that I have experienced, with restrictions.

On all other occasions, I found out one or two hours before it came into effect.

Ive gotta be there for you when you need me,I wasnt there enough for you last night ,you needed me but I didnt do enough for you sure we chilled together had romance together, but I could tell I wasnt doing enough for you to be satisfied, you called me but didnt answer the phone, you messaged I took a while to respond, you asked if I enjoyed our thing I said sometimes,I was behaving apologetic without actually apologising,I felt I wasnt satisfying you when you where in need of being satisfied, particially out of I geuss the feeling of the same routine,I should have said let me try something different for you ,maybe that would have helped If Id been more creative in some way, maybe last night I was too focussed on getting instead of giving,I kind of slowed things down a bit which probly annoyed you,you needed things to be fast but I wanted things slowed down, when you left I was missing you like crazy though, wish you had of stayed the night,I should have gave you more ,more affection, more thankfullness, not sure if youll come back again now,I was crippled by self doubt at completely the wrong moment which more or less ruined the moment, maybe at times I ask for too much assurance than your able to give even though you where really the one last night who neede me to give you assurance anyway as you left you said maybe youd comeover tomorow night which is now todays night but Im not so sure that you will cause you needed your needs met and I didnt acomplish meeting your needs right when you needed your needs met,I feel like all I do is complain to you about my life even though Im trying to be positive anyway dont know if youll come back this time, thanks to my lack of effort to respond to your needs instead I was resisting your need of me Im sorry, maybe that means to you that our fling has to end now, maybe Ill try to give you a call later but yeah there I went rejecting your needs bad of me I know

I wish there was no such thing as bad mental health. Its tiring. Even when its a good day the darkness still lurks and pokes its head in to make sure i know its still there.

I just want to be well phyically and mentally, but neither really seem within reach right now as i spend another night not sleeping.

It's only 2 hours into day 1 of working from home, and already my brain has gone to the thought of "if I ended my life no one would notice for xxx days."

I’m Booked in to get Pfitzer Covid Vaccination (1st Dose) at Community Clinic 30Km drive from me – Next Tuesday.

I already was Booked to get it 2 weeks ago, at local Medical Centre - Then they cancelled my Booking (Vaccination), 24 hours before, due to sudden change in Government Regulations.

The Community Clinics listed were all 30Km or more way away from me – even 60Km.

Seems someone was absolutely determined to send me (get me to go) 30Km.

So stuff it, I’m going to Clinic 30Km away.

I hate that huge Shopping Centre (where Clinic supposedly is) - will probably/ possibly get lost in there.

😟 I've seen so much human loss that it's just too hard to fuss over dying pets Not that they're not gonna be missed... or suffer pain... but I've lived both and believe me... a dying pet...
ITS NOT THE SAME!
I don't want my heart ripped open over this. Maybe that's a shortcoming on my part, I donno, it's survival - I have to draw the line somewhere to try guard my heart from unnecessary sepage I guess, not much left there. So sorry but we don't have to drag out the hurt over pets. I donno, maybe there's something wrong with me. Not that I dont love and care for my own adorable furbaby, she's such a blessing, losing her would be hard, and watching her suffer impossible... but it's just not the same as human loss. I want to help the grief here but... i just can't risk plugging holes in the dam wall of my own grief... not over pets... nor am I at ease associating animal loss with human life... I just can't... I'm sorry... it hurts too much 😢😞
