Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Got something that's bugging you?

Want to vent, but don't want a response?

Sometimes our minds can get stuck in circles trying to sort out an issue. This can keep you up at night, or make it hard to focus on other things. I find that putting things away, and not thinking about it temporarily can be helpful.

This is the place to get it out, and then give yourself permission to let it go.

Maybe you will need to get back to it some other time, but this is space where you can put it in a place so that you can leave it for some time and (try) not to worry about it in the mean time.

It's a thread where people don't need to reply, it purely just to get it out your worry and concerns.

If you want to show your support for someone, hit the 'like' button. In this thread, 'like' doesn't mean that you 'like' someone's issue, but you support them in letting it out.

So write down your concerns, put it in a vault, shut the door, and allow yourself to walk away from it.

Pls note: If you are reading other people's posts, please respect that they don't want a response. Show your support by 'Liking' their post.

The unauthenticated ticket also happens to me but was found to be a glitch. Perhaps one of the mods can report this so the techs behind the scenes can have a look at why it keeps happening...

I have only been able to access that chat tonight as a guest.

This means that I cannot engage in conversation.

Nothing different to the real world!

Sounds pathetic and whining, I realise.

I then read back to also find that the question that I had submitted was also not included.

Reminds me how often people who experience paranoia, are deemed to be doing so when in reality they are talking about real life experiences.

I have adjusted automatically to change throughout my life.

They have courses in the Corporate world on adaptation.

Try spending some time in my life experiences and those of so many on here.

Corporations pay large amounts of money for a lot of hogwash.

There is a wealth of knowledge within these forums, within places in the real world where people walk past without a glance. Listen to the person on the corner of the street selling his edition (yes I have forgotten the title even though I always buy one).

This world is upside down.

Went to have ECT this morning. Got all the way in there and then they told me I didn't have approval. I still had the email from wc telling me that I had 8 sessions approved 4 weeks ago. So logically that would mean I still had another 4 sessions left. I tried to show them the email but they didn't care.

So they sent me away. Glad money is more important to them then my mental health.

I thought nothing else could go wrong in the last 24 hours but this just tops it.

I was over everthing already and this has just made me want to jump.

Hey @Snowie I'm so sorry that happened today, that doesn't sound like it should've happened at all. You definitely deserve better 💗 It sounds like it's been a rough time lately and this was not needed on top of that.

I'll check in with you by email, ok? 💐 We're all here for you

what to say Im listening to music rather than talking to anyone, part of me wants to be alone, part of me wants to talk but then doesnt want to talk, for fear of making more mistakes like the mistakes I made yesterday,I feel like going to bed early, whats the point of what Im saying dont know, just tired, easier to listen to music than talk to people for now, some family members simply do not understand my personal life choices anyway might watch a movie then go to bed soon

Strange afternoon - In fact the past few day, full of unexpected Surprises (not all good ones).

I have been Offered the Census Field Officer Contract (Job) - Via email tonight (7.00pm AEST).

I need a Witness to Sign – There is no other way, to accept the Contract (Offer).

Has to be Signed Electronically (on Computer) by me + Witness (very Weird).

Very hard to get a witness (living alone) - especially electronically, cannot take a Printout Copy of Contract to someone to Witness (Sign).

I had virtually given up hope on this Job – As it has been over 5 weeks, since I passed the Identity & Police Clearance Checks.

I’ve sunk into a pit again and now I’m sure people are watching me trying to trap me and lock me up.

Last night there were black cats trying to get through into my room but I can’t tell anyone.

I want out

Possible TW

Things seem really hard at the moment, it feels like nothing is getting better i feel like its all just getting worse with family and all of that.

NDIS keep letting me down with support coorindators, i build my trust up with them and then i just lose it again because they leave me without telling me.

I relapased in SH a few days ago which relieved abit of the emotional pain, I was safe though and am safe currentlly.

I feel like im just stuck in this cycle all over again, Family just don't seem to care at the moment, they don't want to hear how i am or even ask if im okay, i always feel like i have to put a mask on around my family because they always blame me for things i don't do.

One of my family members keep on eating all of my food that i buy and they don't even give me any money for the food i buy for myself.

It is all just getting to me. i feel like i just cant be my own self anymore.

Im over having to act okay when my whole world is falling apart.

I really dont know what to feel at the moment.

The voices are way to loud and im really struggling.

i just wish the emotional pain to go away.

Im safe

@Former-Member you can check in with me in emails if you are worried but i am safe

"

Well, if you told me you were drowning
I would not lend a hand
I've seen your face before my friend
But I don't know if you know who I am
Well, I was there and I saw what you did
I saw it with my own two eyes
So you can wipe off that grin, I know where you've been
It's all been a pack of lies." Phil Collins
