Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Got something that's bugging you?

Want to vent, but don't want a response?

Sometimes our minds can get stuck in circles trying to sort out an issue. This can keep you up at night, or make it hard to focus on other things. I find that putting things away, and not thinking about it temporarily can be helpful.

This is the place to get it out, and then give yourself permission to let it go.

Maybe you will need to get back to it some other time, but this is space where you can put it in a place so that you can leave it for some time and (try) not to worry about it in the mean time.

It's a thread where people don't need to reply, it purely just to get it out your worry and concerns.

If you want to show your support for someone, hit the 'like' button. In this thread, 'like' doesn't mean that you 'like' someone's issue, but you support them in letting it out.

So write down your concerns, put it in a vault, shut the door, and allow yourself to walk away from it.

Pls note: If you are reading other people's posts, please respect that they don't want a response. Show your support by 'Liking' their post.

Re: Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

I attended the appointment (Employment/ Job-Search Provider) – Filled out all Induction Forms.

Then, after close of Business – I receive an Email saying that I did not attend an Appointment at 8.30am (this morning).

There was never any 8.30am Appointment scheduled – I checked & Re-Checked, before I left home for the 1.00pm Appointment.

There was only that 1.00pm Appointment, which I attended.

The email said that I must phone the Employment Provider immediately -

- Or Else my Jobseeker (Unemployment) Payment of a measly $300 per week) Will Go On Hold (Will be Stopped/ Cancelled).

– Of course I cannot Phone them, they are closed (after 5.00pm).

I tried phoning the Employment Provider, no-one answered & I could not leave a message.

This is Ridiculous – Lies & Cheats.

Faking an Appointment Scheduled – After the time, when there never was an 8.30am Appointment Scheduled.

Sorry I really needed & wanted to wait to talk this over with someone/ anyone (To feel Heard) – I was going to.

I am going to Cancel/ Terminate immediately - It seems to only way to get my life back.

Even with no $$ to live on.

These people/ System have taken over my daily focus - getting me to jump through Hoops at every message/ email from them - I've received Dozens of Demanding "Urgent" messages (that were never Urgent) from Employment Services, over the past few weeks.

I've had a total Gutful of it - I've had more than enough....

I need to list some worries and vents so please excuse me while I vent 1 my estranged Uncle may be waking up to himself and his past actions,I feel theres somehow still some hope for him to change his behaviour to the positive, despite the fact hes still ignoring me he has at least admitted to another family member that he isnt ok, which I see in a way as a step forward of him realising some things or acknoledging some of his issues hopefully 2 excuse me but I feel as though my mother is a B#tch I shouldnt say this a week before mothers day but her behaviour yesterday arriving at my house and swooping in as if she owns the place really annoyed me and the things she said where emotionally abusive with things like tell me when your moving out so I can move in here with my Partner ha the nerve of some people !!!!!! 3 money worries I have to get care repairs tomorow, the engine mounts and servicing at the same time hope it doesnt cost too much, second money problem I have to get plumbers again to try to fix the hot water thats mucking up again, the third money problem is that I owe money for my last three councilling appointments that I havnt paid yet, 4 emotional worries/Dating worries things have become messy and overwhelming and I have missed one councilling appointment which I need to rescedual ,things have become messy emotional wise cause of multiple interest from multiple guys in a matter of days and me still dealing with the fall out from the guy who ghosted me after sex seriously things are messed up,and of all the people Ive asked for support advice from about personal dating problems is fellow online daters including my first online date who seemed to be the only one who actually cares about what happend about the whole ghosting thing so in a way my first former date is now my Ali in the online dating world ? even though I hadnt messaged him for weeks before this ? even weirder he said that the right one wouldnt do that kind of thing to me,im trying not to read in between the lines though hes not saying that he still likes me ? does he? I thought we drifted apart? mind you we never did end up meeting in person things have gotten weird but no no no I keep saying its not that hes just being an Ali to me in the situation and yet he does seem the only one who cares, now I do regret not meeting him in person but who knows whats in store it does seem unlikely though he probly has another girl by now the first date guy that is

Re: Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

I feel alone. I should be use to it by now but it feels like a different sort of alone now. Dont really know how to explain it.
I am tiring of having to battle alone but i struggle even more with some types of support.
I have more decisions to make and i cant really talk to anyone about it. At some point ill have to tell people but i just dont know. I dont know what to do, whats right, i just dont know anymore.

Re: Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

I am really struggling, sh and si are strong, feeling abandon by 2 of my children and both my mothers. I am not sure how to pull on the "it's ok" mask tomorrow for Mother's Day and celebrating mother in law's birthday. 12 people for lunch and that is 10 people to many for me to manage. I see a lot of my friends here struggling at the moment with things much more important than what I have described and it makes me feel like I am just being a spoiled brat. Honestly the desire to say goodbye right now is at a dangerous level.

@Former-Member , I am safe hubby is close.

@Appleblossom @Bellarose75

Thank you for sharing your deep pain and fears that are coming up for you around Mother's Day. I imagine it might be something a lot of people can relate to in their own way, so I do hope that your sharing can have you and others feeling a little less alone in it.

Knowing that it is going to be a difficult day tomorrow and it is bringing up some intense SI, I encourage you to make a plan to take care of yourself through the day and reach out for support if/when you need it;

Please also feel free to reach out to the SANE Helpcentre during the week if you would some some more support.

Warmest,
