Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Got something that's bugging you?

Want to vent, but don't want a response?

Sometimes our minds can get stuck in circles trying to sort out an issue. This can keep you up at night, or make it hard to focus on other things. I find that putting things away, and not thinking about it temporarily can be helpful.

This is the place to get it out, and then give yourself permission to let it go.

Maybe you will need to get back to it some other time, but this is space where you can put it in a place so that you can leave it for some time and (try) not to worry about it in the mean time.

It's a thread where people don't need to reply, it purely just to get it out your worry and concerns.

If you want to show your support for someone, hit the 'like' button. In this thread, 'like' doesn't mean that you 'like' someone's issue, but you support them in letting it out.

So write down your concerns, put it in a vault, shut the door, and allow yourself to walk away from it.

Pls note: If you are reading other people's posts, please respect that they don't want a response. Show your support by 'Liking' their post.

Re: Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

There have been a couple of police indecents within walking distance of my home this week. Feeling super unsafe in my own home, have hit a depressive low. So alone with too many people around. I haven't thought about giving up in a long time but days/weeks like this make it hard to fight those thoughts.

I could have composed that post

the world is
- not a safe place
- so unfair
- deceptive
- dangerous
- dismissive
Now

add to that a highly dysfunctional family and major depression...

Yep 😞

I don't know how to help

I don't know where to turn

I don't know what to do

I don't know how much more I can cope with

I'm scared

I can't quit

I want to

Wish I had the answers

I don't know what to do

Please dear God, Universe, higher power, ANYTHING please, please, please make a change for the better

I'm scared

I don't know what to do

I need to Terminate Centrelink/Jobactive - & Job Provider Appointments.

I have no other $$ Income Source.

They have Taken over my daily Focus – Demanding constant attention, repeatedly triggering & maintaining extreme Stress responses.

So many Abrupt (rude) & emails & sms's (to Mobile Phone) - They never stopped Spamming my Email Inbox & my Mobile Phone (sms's).

At least 5 or 6 from them - In just the last few hours (today).

"Attend this Appointment" - What Appointment?!

There never was Any Appointment Scheduled - For me to attend....

Nothing is worth that emotional & physical cost to me – Not even their measly $300 per week, which is only pays ½ of my weekly expenses.

Moving forward, what a lie!! Things are that bad again. I know there will be set backs to healing but to be as bad as it was a year ago. I am lost

Hi @Bellarose75 ,

I can only imagine how difficult it must be to move forward just to move backwards again, just when you think things are getting better it feels bad again. We are here with you to support you. I hope you find this encouraging, that life can be a bit like a rollercoaster or if you look at the seasons every year. Some seasons we like, some we dislike - our life's journey can be the same, but that does not mean that the progress is lost.

Take care of yourself and we are here for you.
