Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Got something that's bugging you?

Want to vent, but don't want a response?

Sometimes our minds can get stuck in circles trying to sort out an issue. This can keep you up at night, or make it hard to focus on other things. I find that putting things away, and not thinking about it temporarily can be helpful.

This is the place to get it out, and then give yourself permission to let it go.

Maybe you will need to get back to it some other time, but this is space where you can put it in a place so that you can leave it for some time and (try) not to worry about it in the mean time.

It's a thread where people don't need to reply, it purely just to get it out your worry and concerns.

If you want to show your support for someone, hit the 'like' button. In this thread, 'like' doesn't mean that you 'like' someone's issue, but you support them in letting it out.

So write down your concerns, put it in a vault, shut the door, and allow yourself to walk away from it.

Pls note: If you are reading other people's posts, please respect that they don't want a response. Show your support by 'Liking' their post.

Re: Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Just a few days ago my Dr, during most of my appointment- told me of two suicides in his family, plus his physical pain & fears.

On Saturday my neighbour/ friend told me she had a major meltdown/ breakdown whilst at her workplace (working) - Then was forcibly hospitalised temporarily.

So it's a lot more compounded (overwhelm) than it sounds.

Sorry.

Speaking of Creeps ruining Easter (someone said) -

Several threatening sms's & emails this morning (Good Friday Public Holiday) from Online Jobsearch Provider/ Centrelink - Did exactly that.

Mostly I'm feeling powerless & mistreated.

They're terminating my Online Employment Services (giving me no choice) - Transferring me to Face to Face Appointments with an Employment Service Provider.

Who in my past experience, did nothing but receive lots of $$ for it - Whilst threatening & providing no equipment & no job-search assistance (whatsoever).

I don't see how I can adapt to this sudden demand.

I was expecting to see my Psychologist tomorrow, Tuesday 6th of April.

I needed to discuss some immediate events/ actions.

As I am always booked for appointments, months in advance.

I received no Reminder message - Which always comes the morning of the day before (even on a Public Holiday).

So I checked my printout of psychology appointments.

It appears that I was not given/ not booked an appointment by the psychology admin, for this week.

A big shock, more overwhelm.

Re: Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away

This is a Brief description of just One issue I'm currently facing -
Good Friday morning- sms,s & emails from Jobactive online employment.
1st they increased my compulsory Job Applications to 15 (trippled) - Then said Terminating my Online Employment Service/ Registration.
Email said I will have to go to weekly Face to Face Appointments with a Jobsearch Provider.
Gave me no means to Dispute - Or to stay with Online Employment Service (Jobactive).
I've had experience with Jobsearch Providers - They give no equipment or assistance, simply extra pressure on me.

Other issues are attempting NDIS application - with little chance of any service or gain through it, Disability Employment Service (attempting to Apply), MRI Scan of Neck, etc.
So I am feeling helpless & stressed.

I've always met All Jobsearch Requirements - Never defaulted on anything.

Yet this is how they treat Customers/ Jobsearch recipients (email this afternoon):

Another email (+ sms) from Online Services – To put my payment on hold (with no prior warning or reason).

"Your Payment Is About To Go On Hold"

??!
