Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Got something that's bugging you?

Want to vent, but don't want a response?

Sometimes our minds can get stuck in circles trying to sort out an issue. This can keep you up at night, or make it hard to focus on other things. I find that putting things away, and not thinking about it temporarily can be helpful.

This is the place to get it out, and then give yourself permission to let it go.

Maybe you will need to get back to it some other time, but this is space where you can put it in a place so that you can leave it for some time and (try) not to worry about it in the mean time.

It's a thread where people don't need to reply, it purely just to get it out your worry and concerns.

If you want to show your support for someone, hit the 'like' button. In this thread, 'like' doesn't mean that you 'like' someone's issue, but you support them in letting it out.

So write down your concerns, put it in a vault, shut the door, and allow yourself to walk away from it.

Pls note: If you are reading other people's posts, please respect that they don't want a response. Show your support by 'Liking' their post.

Re: Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

I woke up this morning. I started crying straight away. Anxiety is heavy on my chest. I'm so tired of living. Breathing. The unbearable pain inside. I want to make it all stop. I want permission to go.

Re: Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Pateince is Key ,timing is key cant rush things either with myself or with those around me,been good to have some time to think through all sorts of things on my own and as Ive been able to be be on my own, Ive acheived some small things and tidied up some of my own mess, got on top of just a few daily things that needed doing, maybe now Ill talk to some family again either by phone or message today,Ive had some time away from the cousins that Ive argued with,Ive had some time to think about my personal life choices,Ive done some self care,Ive not liked feeling alone at times but it was needed and made it much easier to think without the added noise of those around me,I had a few days in a row of bad depression and self hate but got through that somehow,so have come out the other side again of those type of feelings,I havnt talked much to those around me during this time but now I think is the right time ,in particular to make things kindly clear regarding my emotional boundaries ,I need my emotional and other boundaries in general to be reinforced not to strictly but just boundaries need to be up just a little bit higher as those boundaries have become too low lately which has also made certain areas of my life uncomftable or unpleasent regarding certain aspects of information that people do not need to know. Ive got a counsellor to talk to regulary which is the best person to talk to about things, things have been fairly quiet this weekend so it would be good just to catch up with how others are doing, theres easter to look forward to as Ive been invited to spend easter with extanded family which will be nice and good to get away from the everyday,I have books to read and study to do,self care is definetly still a must, sleep has improoved, eating regulary, just need to start communicating with those around me a bit more again just about the everyday or whatevers going on for them at the momment, not too much to do in terms of housework, treated myself to takeaway food for dinner last night ,but of course my main concern is always family and how everyone else is going ,I dont like talking to my family while feeling depressed but always after when my mood picks up again do I want to and feel able to communicate again, need to keep completing little goals for now, easter shopping well that will be done last minute, not much to fuss over easter anyway would rather get a few choclates for family to share when I see them, try to keep myself busy with hobbies at home or going out the house a bit to stay on an even emotional mood

10 emails from Council yesterday afternoon – regarding Change of Yoga Class Booking Request, & Flooring Works at the Community Centre.

I need to see the End of it (hear no more from them).

I wish I had never volunteered to be the Contact person.

As the Class Booking has now gone in my name - Which I was never told would happen (fees & charges).

Very complicated....

The Medical Forms/ Evidence issue - For an attempted NDIS Application -

- Could not be attempted at yesterday’s Dr’s appointment – They had not received/ did not have the Emailed Forms & Correspondence from the Assessor person.

This will take several more Dr’s appointments (at least).

Several abrupt emails & Text Messages from the Jobsearch Site (Jobseekers) today – That 15 Job Applications will now be Required each Reporting Period.

I have struggled to effectively meet the current number – Few positions are advertised, that I effectively meet Criteria for, or that do not require Night Shifts.

Financial Stress hit hard this afternoon - As I realised how fast & far I am going into Arrears/ Debt.

Directly caused by income payments being $150 Short of (less than) my Bills & Expenses every week.

I was unable to come out of overwhelm, despite several days – Much worsened.
