Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Got something that's bugging you?

Want to vent, but don't want a response?

Sometimes our minds can get stuck in circles trying to sort out an issue. This can keep you up at night, or make it hard to focus on other things. I find that putting things away, and not thinking about it temporarily can be helpful.

This is the place to get it out, and then give yourself permission to let it go.

Maybe you will need to get back to it some other time, but this is space where you can put it in a place so that you can leave it for some time and (try) not to worry about it in the mean time.

It's a thread where people don't need to reply, it purely just to get it out your worry and concerns.

If you want to show your support for someone, hit the 'like' button. In this thread, 'like' doesn't mean that you 'like' someone's issue, but you support them in letting it out.

So write down your concerns, put it in a vault, shut the door, and allow yourself to walk away from it.

Pls note: If you are reading other people's posts, please respect that they don't want a response. Show your support by 'Liking' their post.

I tried to access Sane's Web Chat (Support) - For the 1st time ever.

It said "Chat is not available".

Text-based communication is Very difficult for me.

Yet I wanted to try Web Chat, as a last resort.

Verbal communication is Best - Yet phone support services are too busy & over-stretched, at this time of year.

About to crack, there is only so much one can deal with and I am almost at my limit. Afraid to speak on the phone to co worker as I might lose my Sh*t. WHY do I have to be everything to everybody. Why am I so insignificant. Why do I feel I have to justify my existance. Wish I could tell them to F off. Sick of hearing how busy they are. I am f'ing busy too! No one helps me!!! If they have to then God forbid have a whinge! Sick and tired of being everyone's punching bag, over it, over everything. Just want to throw in the towel and then they can manage without me. Good luck with that!

Home, well that is completely f'd up too so yay to Christmas and a "happy" new year.

I'm feeling really sad for someone who I can't offer any help to. I can't even really tell them what I'd like to do to help a tiny bit if it even were possible. I think it hurts all the more to know that my help would be unwelcome.

A little bit worried about how im going to find food after Christmas. Im familiar with some edible weeds but im not sure of how to get them from yards without being noticed or yelled at. I figure I could search bins after sunset but im worried I might get sick. Also a little worried about where I might sleep. I might take a small tent but not sure how I can carry that, water, two sets of clothes and toiletries everywhere I go. Im sure I'll work it out when the time comes.
