Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Got something that's bugging you?

Want to vent, but don't want a response?

Sometimes our minds can get stuck in circles trying to sort out an issue. This can keep you up at night, or make it hard to focus on other things. I find that putting things away, and not thinking about it temporarily can be helpful.

This is the place to get it out, and then give yourself permission to let it go.

Maybe you will need to get back to it some other time, but this is space where you can put it in a place so that you can leave it for some time and (try) not to worry about it in the mean time.

It's a thread where people don't need to reply, it purely just to get it out your worry and concerns.

If you want to show your support for someone, hit the 'like' button. In this thread, 'like' doesn't mean that you 'like' someone's issue, but you support them in letting it out.

So write down your concerns, put it in a vault, shut the door, and allow yourself to walk away from it.

Pls note: If you are reading other people's posts, please respect that they don't want a response. Show your support by 'Liking' their post.

He came in and said. I don't like to see you unhappy. But to me it feels to late. History keeps repeating itself. I don't think I believe him anymore. The invisible wall is still there. I don't want to give him my heart anymore, because he does not care for me. He hurts it whether by accident or not.

Re: Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

I am so tried of not being able to control my emotions. So tried of constantly having to fight myself on so many fronts just to survive another day. Doubt fills my mind right now, spent the day with 2 friends I haven't seen since December and it was great until we fell into the old pattern of gossiping. Now they have sewn the seeds of doubt in my mind about one of my closest supporters, someone who has been by side for months now. I know they are wrong but I can't help but think maybe just maybe like everyone else she is lying to me, just gathering gossip for our other "friends" and for exh1. I feel so sick all of the time and now fear grips even tighter.

I've never wanted to rest so bad, please let me rest. Please just let me go.

** Its hard when you know deep down what the right thing to do is but being so afraid of the consquenses for so many people so you continue to keep it a secret.
There may come a day where you have no choice and you have to tell the truth but never knowing when that will happen.

***i am running out of strength.. of courage... of energy... when does there come a day when you can say ive had enough, i cant fight anymore

I'm so sick of people who are meant to be friends

they can all go away

they have no idea

should just go away

how would they like it if they were depressed or high anxiety

forget it. I'm over it tonight.

I feel like I could walk off this planet and no one would even notice.

What is the meaning of life anymore. Waking up is just so disappointing. Trying to get through a day is just so tiring to then struggle to get to sleep at night. Then having to repeat that all over again. What is the point? I am not living I am only existing!

I want to scream .... it is churning me up inside .

Down in a Hole
Bury me softly in this womb
I give this part of me for you
Sand rains down and here I sit
Holding rare flowers
In a tomb, in bloom
Down in a hole and I don't know if I can be saved
See my heart I decorate it like a grave
You don't understand who they thought
I was supposed to be
Look at me now a man
Who won't let himself be
Down in a hole, feelin' so small
Down in a hole, losin' my soul
I'd like to fly, but my wings have been so denied
Down in a hole and they've put all the stones in their place
I've eaten the sun so my tongue
Has been burned of the taste
I have been guilty of kicking myself in the teeth
I will speak no more of my feelings beneath
Down in a hole, feelin' so small
Down in a hole, losin' my soul
I'd like to fly but my wings…
