Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Got something that's bugging you?

Want to vent, but don't want a response?

Sometimes our minds can get stuck in circles trying to sort out an issue. This can keep you up at night, or make it hard to focus on other things. I find that putting things away, and not thinking about it temporarily can be helpful.

This is the place to get it out, and then give yourself permission to let it go.

Maybe you will need to get back to it some other time, but this is space where you can put it in a place so that you can leave it for some time and (try) not to worry about it in the mean time.

It's a thread where people don't need to reply, it purely just to get it out your worry and concerns.

If you want to show your support for someone, hit the 'like' button. In this thread, 'like' doesn't mean that you 'like' someone's issue, but you support them in letting it out.

So write down your concerns, put it in a vault, shut the door, and allow yourself to walk away from it.

Pls note: If you are reading other people's posts, please respect that they don't want a response. Show your support by 'Liking' their post.

This is why employment scares me. All the forms to fill out that ask for medical history, surgical history, workers compensation, references, requirements for medical examination. These are the fears I have that who will employ me? With my ongoing mental illness, open wounds, major surgery in the last year I'm such a risk to any employer. Anxiety at an increased level. Having just received these forms now, sleep won't come easy tonight.

Walking around in the dark, can't see where I am going, only where I've been. Where have I been? Well to hell and back more times then I care to remember. Each time it takes more and more from this body and mind, I have to wonder if I have enough strength left for the return journey this time. I fear not.

I have some really tough decisions to make and im not sure I can make them. I shouldn't have to make them at this age.

My ex-employer has taken 3 & 1/2 weeks (since Dismissal).

They still have not produced (forwarded or posted) me my Redundancy Payslip.

Which needs to show gross pay, & tax taken out - for my Records, & for lodging my Tax Return.

They were so eager (fast) to Terminate 70 of us Disability Support workers - via email, all at once (on the same day).

Yet they have produced No necessary Paperwork (payslips) - despite my requests.

My Union's Unfair Dismissal Claim, on behalf of 70 ex-workers - has now been withdrawn (cancelled), due to a compromise.

That was stressful, & was drawing things out (& on).

So perhaps I can look & move forward (somewhat) now.

Yet legal documentation & due rights (eg my Payslip) are obviously not important to these people.

So how can I try to "move forward" (on) - when I still have to chase my ex-employer for basic necessities (like a Payslip)?

Adge

I am I too fat?

Is my mental health to f'd up?

Why am I not good enough?

My fears have been relentless and terrifying. I know I stuffed up (in real life)...I've tried to fix it as best I can. But the fears! They've even stopped me eating and sleeping, even with the sleeping tablet. The fears make me feel so alone and fragile.

really struggling today 😥
I thought I might've been abit better today but when someone tells in detail of their trauma that you've experienced yourself it has brought on so many memories, thoughts, feelings and those damn physically feeling flashbacks

He is never going to love me. I think I have just got to accept this. He will never understand. There is always an invisible dividing wall between us. And it's impossible to get through. Or smash down. I am so tired of existing here. That is all I ever wanted was to have a happy marriage and many children with this man. But it is hopeless. My dreams are dead. Just get to let them go, no matter how hard it is. I don't want to be with anyone else. Only him. But he continually treats me like a nobody. Like a piece of dirt. I keep praying and crying out to God. And I know He is there. But why won't he fix this. I can't. I just can't. I want the pain in my heart and soul to go away.

I cannit even flew from this place . As I have no money of my own at all. I cannot even get a job because of all this other stuff that is happening in my life. Confidence is practically zero. Please take me home God. I want so much to leave. I know I should not ask you do do this. But I cannot do this anymore
