Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Got something that's bugging you?

Want to vent, but don't want a response?

Sometimes our minds can get stuck in circles trying to sort out an issue. This can keep you up at night, or make it hard to focus on other things. I find that putting things away, and not thinking about it temporarily can be helpful.

This is the place to get it out, and then give yourself permission to let it go.

Maybe you will need to get back to it some other time, but this is space where you can put it in a place so that you can leave it for some time and (try) not to worry about it in the mean time.

It's a thread where people don't need to reply, it purely just to get it out your worry and concerns.

If you want to show your support for someone, hit the 'like' button. In this thread, 'like' doesn't mean that you 'like' someone's issue, but you support them in letting it out.

So write down your concerns, put it in a vault, shut the door, and allow yourself to walk away from it.

Pls note: If you are reading other people's posts, please respect that they don't want a response. Show your support by 'Liking' their post.

Why do I hurt, why do I let it happen time and time again. It maybe time for me to shut it down. What's the point of tearing down your walls and then have to put them up again. It gets harder and harder to bring it down. I am sorry that I am not enough, I am sorry you wasted your time on us, I promise not to be a burden anymore. I will just do this by myself. Enough is enough, I have hurt enough.

I give up, it's just not worth it anymore. I am sorry to those I have hurt, I am sorry for never being good enough.

I am tired of people asking me do I feel better, has the treatment made a difference yet. They ask it with a hopeful look in their eyes.... I am meant to be feeling different by now but secretly I don't. What if this treatment doesn't work, what then? Am I really untreatable. If so, what is there left to fight for?

Spent the last 2 hours awake in bed thinking about how my life is pointless and I suck at everything.

Sometimes I feel that all this medication is poisoning me

Sometimes I feel that ECT is deep frying my brain

Sometimes I feel people are spying on me

Sometimes I feel the food they serve is full of bacteria

Sometimes I feel I don’t have a body

Today is one of those days
