Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Got something that's bugging you?

Want to vent, but don't want a response?

Sometimes our minds can get stuck in circles trying to sort out an issue. This can keep you up at night, or make it hard to focus on other things. I find that putting things away, and not thinking about it temporarily can be helpful.

This is the place to get it out, and then give yourself permission to let it go.

Maybe you will need to get back to it some other time, but this is space where you can put it in a place so that you can leave it for some time and (try) not to worry about it in the mean time.

It's a thread where people don't need to reply, it purely just to get it out your worry and concerns.

If you want to show your support for someone, hit the 'like' button. In this thread, 'like' doesn't mean that you 'like' someone's issue, but you support them in letting it out.

So write down your concerns, put it in a vault, shut the door, and allow yourself to walk away from it.

Pls note: If you are reading other people's posts, please respect that they don't want a response. Show your support by 'Liking' their post.

Well F it all, I crash every time I try. I am meant to be stronger than Izzy, I am meant to be the protector but I fail every time lately. I have been told I dropped my guard because life was good not great but Izzy was safe and I was not needed. Well someone gone F'd that.

Hi there

I liked what what you wrote. So thought of replying I have been with this situation for really long time like 7 years. And how frustrating it is when it comes to talking. it's really frightening and frustrating . specially speaking up for yourself . Cause whenever I try talking it's always feels negative that no you are not talking properly. It's not you. It's always the voice says it before and i have to repeat.like I have to depend on it what they say. And it doesn't feel good. So I have stopped talking for very long time.

Like feeling good when you talk.wanted to share my experience

I am looking for people to communicate on this forum and it's difficult to find my way here.

Re: Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Broken …by those that build some up whilst tearing others down, those that enable some yet deter others, support some yet ignore others, are selective in their communication, lie, ignore and blame those that have no influence, take away any voice, an sense of self worth and ultimately the desire to live. People pretending to care, pretending to support yet being hypocritical in their actions. ‘Helping’ people destroying any sense of hope, any sense of place, any sense of support – extinguishing any light – rejected, abandoned and disrespected again and again. Then to find those that have not been visible to all of a sudden be ‘everywhere’ adds to that pain. Consistency and longevity of support means nothing – easy for some to ‘talk’ about what they will do without the evidence behind them showing what they can do …history repeating itself … I am nothing, I do not matter …’they’ win - finally broken…
