Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Worry Room - Get it out, and walk away: No responses please

Got something that's bugging you?

Want to vent, but don't want a response?

Sometimes our minds can get stuck in circles trying to sort out an issue. This can keep you up at night, or make it hard to focus on other things. I find that putting things away, and not thinking about it temporarily can be helpful.

This is the place to get it out, and then give yourself permission to let it go.

Maybe you will need to get back to it some other time, but this is space where you can put it in a place so that you can leave it for some time and (try) not to worry about it in the mean time.

It's a thread where people don't need to reply, it purely just to get it out your worry and concerns.

If you want to show your support for someone, hit the 'like' button. In this thread, 'like' doesn't mean that you 'like' someone's issue, but you support them in letting it out.

So write down your concerns, put it in a vault, shut the door, and allow yourself to walk away from it.

Pls note: If you are reading other people's posts, please respect that they don't want a response. Show your support by 'Liking' their post.

Feeling very much like self-sabotaging destructive stuff.

Had a midnight snack and it's helped lessen the feelings (even though eating at midnight is not a great idea), but I still don't know how I can overcome the social anxiety problem that I'm having. It feels hopeless and like it's never going to get better.

The stress doesn’t ease up. Every day feels like a trauma.

No one seems to understand the torment. Not just the torment of trying to survive CPTSD, but having someone so close to me with a serious life threatening illness.

I feel like I can’t go on.

The rage inside is overwhelming.

Want to cry, scream, but all I feel is rage.

I REALLY want to end it all.

But I’m too scared to.

😢😫

I try to be strong, but I’m not.

I can’t see this torment ever ending.

I’ve lived in this torment for most of my life.

I can’t cope with it anymore. 😫😢

There was a forum that I used to be part of but can no longer post on. Tonight I found this giant big ass summary of all the things I've missed out on, basically since I had to leave.

So of course I'm reading through the whole damn thing and getting upset about it.

Now they've fixed the permissions on the page, before I got up to reading the bit I was especially curious about. n324njk243nmrtehgdfb9

And I bet it was someone here that told them too. I've never liked you, I never will like you, you've become more clever at screwing the system compared to your early obvious blunders but you'll slip up publicly someday and everyone will see how your illness has turned you into a fraud.

Am I expecting too much, is it always going to be like this. They say it will get better/easier but when. I try, I do what is asked, but i am still stuck in that nothing place were hope has diminished. I just want it to be over, I want some peace, some tranquility, some other option. When is time up....
